[redacted].If you cancel during the Web-Only Trial introduction offer, you will be given 15 days from the day you cancel to return the unopened, unused Complete Program portion of the Constant Dazzler Club (the two unused syringes) in order to ensure you will not be billed for the Complete Program. If you return the Complete Program and it is unopened with its seal intact and in good, marketable condition without package blemishes, you will not be charged for the product. For subsequent shipments in the Constant Dazzler Club, you may only return the most recent complete shipment for credit. We do not charge a restocking fee. You must take affirmative action to avoid further billing. As long as the product is unopened with its seal intact and in good, marketable condition without package blemishes, you will be refunded the complete amount you were charged for the product. If the product needs to be either destroyed (seal or packaging was broken or torn) or repackaged (it is returned in a non-marketable condition), then a $19.60 destruction/repackaging fee will be charged to your credit card.To receive a refund for a returned product from an ongoing product shipment (not a Web-Only Trial shipment), you must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) within 30 days of the last shipment and this RMA number must be written on the package in order for a credit to be issued. All shipping charges on non-trial shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Although you can return product from an ongoing Constant Dazzler Club shipment, you cannot return product from the Web-Only Trial once the Web-Only Trial has elapsed and you have been billed for the product.Customers who cancel during the trial period and return the product are eligible to receive a refund on the Initial Trial entry fee as well as initial shipping costs.Customers purchasing BlizzardWhite through an incentive web site (qualifying for, as an example, a Free IPAD® through a third party advertiser) and initiating a cancel before the initial product shipment has been received by the customer will result in disqualification for  your free gift.As I stated previously, we are unable to issue a refund as you have filed a dispute with your credit card in the form of a chargeback. I am considering this matter closed.

Ms.[redacted],
We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding
your Blizzard White account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this
response will provide you with additional information.  We received your order on April 29, 2014...

and
shipped your package the next day.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly
state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of
your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further
charges.  They also indicate that “you
must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in
the amount of $94.31 eight days from the date of your order processing for the
product.”
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you
ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email
after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the
terms you agreed to.
When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had
read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we
must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they did. If
there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer
service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $94.31
on May 7, 2014. A month later we still had not received any cancelation requests
and a second shipment was sent to you on June 6, 2014 at the cost of $105.22 ($94.31
product price plus $10.91 shipping).
The first time we heard from you
regarding the cancelation of your account was on July 2, 2014 after you had
already been charged. Your account was immediately canceled and you have not
received any shipments or charges since then.
Our records show that you have never spoken with anyone at
our company to request a return or refund. Had you contacted us, we would have
been happy to assist you. Your shipment is now over our 30 day return window,
and you are no longer eligible for a refund.
However, in response to this complaint I have set you up for
a return on your April shipment. Please follow the return instructions listed
below in order to receive a refund of $94.31 from your June charge of $105.22.
Shipping cost is not refundable.
Dear [redacted],
This email is being sent to confirm that your account is cancelled. You will no
longer receive charges or shipments.
The [redacted] number you requested is [redacted]. This is valid for one package.
Under the Return Policy, you may only return one package for credit. The
package must be received before 2014-08-03 to qualify for credit. If your
return is received opened or damaged there will be a $19.60 repackaging fee.
Please write the [redacted] number prominently on the outside of the shipping package.
You will not receive credit if you do not use this [redacted] number.
Our return shipping address is:
Web Fulfillment Center
[redacted]
Once your package is received, a credit will be issued back to your credit
card. Please note that returns are typically processed in one business day once
we receive your package and it can take another day or two with your bank
before it shows up on your credit card account.
If you should need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service
Center. We're happy to assist you in any way we can.
Thank you,
BlizzardWhite Customer Service Team

[redacted]
Please
note the return due date. I did extend the due date beyond our standard 15 days
to make sure you would have plenty of time to return your package to receive a
refund. Upon receiving your package back, we will issue a refund in the amount
of $94.31. Once again this is an exception as your June package is no
longer within our 30 day return window.

First, I never visited the website to order the product, and never checked a box saying I agreed to terms of a free trial that would tie me to a contract of automated shipments. I'm not that stupid to be willing to pay $94.00 for a product I have never used before. The only box I would check would have been in agreement to pay shipping charge for the free trial.

As I stated previously I mailed the unused products back to the company headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ - Tracking Number:[redacted]as shown in image) prior to receiving the email regarding shipping instructions from the company.

I would like my credit card refunded with the proper amount of $94.31 ASAP. Someone at the headquarter received the package with my letter of complaint!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

Their advertisement and means of deducting funds from credit card accounts is misleading when purchase a product on a trial basis. I mailed merchandise back to this company with the transaction [redacted] that they gave me prior to contacting Revdex.com. I did contact them concerning this matter. The transaction number [redacted] proves it. I mailed merchandise on January 7, 2014 whereby they would have to sign for return package upon arrival. The new transaction number they want on return merchandise no can do because I mailed it back 3 days ago on January 7, 2014. Furthermore, this company uses the same tactic for [redacted] as well. I was a victim of twice over by this company. Their products come same address in Arizona. The new transaction number for return cannot be used because I already mailed it back. I do not want them to keep lying about their service. Thank you for contacting me.

This company advertises a "FREE TRIAL" of a teeth whitening product. However they fail to mention the fact that there is only an 8 DAY trial period until cancellation is invalid. They they charge $94.13 promptly after that trial period. Also, when called by an associate of this company, I was informed it was a 30 DAY TRIAL period until cancellation was needed. Therefore I did not worry about cancelling quite yet until my bank account dropped $94 overnight!!!!!!

Needless to say, I called and attempted to resolve the issue with a less than willing customer service representative. He informed me that this was a "legit business" and "no one was being scammed here". He also spoke to me as if I was a complete mn.

Overall, I believe this company is scamming people and drawing them in just to take their money with misinformation and a lack of honesty!!

I believe they should be shut down and ALL people who were scammed out of they money should be REFUNDED!!!!!!!

Our purchase terms state that once the trial period expires you may no return the Complete Program for a refund. At the time of your call our representative made an exception on your account and issued you the following return instructions so you could have returned your shipment for a refund.

Dear [redacted],

This email is being sent to confirm that your account is cancelled. You will no longer receive charges or shipments.

The RMA number you requested is [redacted]. This is valid for one package. Under the Return Policy, you may only return one package for credit. The package must be received before 2014-08-15 to qualify for credit. If your return is received opened or damaged there will be a $19.60 repackaging fee.

Please write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping package. You will not receive credit if you do not use this RMA number.

Our return shipping address is:

Once your package is received, a credit will be issued back to your credit card. Please note that returns are typically processed in one business day once we receive your package and it can take another day or two with your bank before it shows up on your credit card account.

If you should need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Center. We're happy to assist you in any way we can.

Thank you,

Please note the return due date. I did extend the due date beyond our standard 15 days to make sure you would have plenty of time to return your package to receive a refund. Upon receiving your package back, we will issue a refund in the amount of $94.31. Once again this is an exception as our terms state you are not eligible for any refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be...

satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

Ms. [redacted]

If you check my original response and your email outlining return instructions you will see that the address you returned your product to is incorrect. I have provided my original response below, which outlines the return address, in HENDERSON, NEVADA.

Ms. [redacted]

We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com in regards

to your Blizzard White account. According to our records, we received your

order on April 26, 2014.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $94.31

on May 21, 2014. Inside your shipment there were two products. One is labeled

“Free Trial” the other is labeled “Complete Program.” The Complete Program is

what you were billed $94.31 at the end of your trial period.

Prior to this complaint we have never received any

communication from you to request a refund or to cancel your account.

In response to this complaint I

have issued you an RMA number that will allow you to return your product for a

full refund. The following return instructions outline the steps required to

receive your refund. Had you

contacted our company prior to filing this frivolous complaint we would have

been happy to assist you with the same outcome.

Dear Tricia,

This email is being sent to confirm that your account is cancelled. You will no

package must be received before 2014-07-08 to qualify for credit. If your

return is received opened or damaged there will be a $19.60 repackaging fee.

Please write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping package.

You will not receive credit if you do not use this RMA number.

This company has a VERY aggressive sales pitch. Before you know it, you've been charged almost $100 for a product that you were supposed to only have a trial run. The time limits are very close. I ordered on 6/7, cancelled on 6/8 (under 24 hrs), was given a return product number and told I had 15 days (6/23) for them to RECEIVE the product back or I'd be charged $94 for the full product. Mind you, I hadn't even received the trial product yet... I'm watching for it now and will return it return receipt requested. If I get charged, I'm going to scream [redacted] murder... This whole thing started with a [redacted] survey request. [redacted] should be notified that Blizzardwhite is using their name for questionable business practices.
