Ms***,
We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding your Blizzard White accountWe take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. We received your order on March 11,
and shipped the package the same day
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $eight days from the date of your order processing for the product.” Our purchase terms also specify that if you cancel your account within the trial period you will be required to return the included day supply within days of the cancelation date
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our productAdditionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to
When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offerWhen a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they didIf there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancelation of your account was on March 11, At the time you canceled your account, we issued you a return merchandise authorization number (both on the phone and through a follow up email) so you could return your shipment to avoid any further charges. Using this method, you would have incurred no charges for the product. An email was sent to your email address with full instructions to return your package
Your return was received within your return deadline date and you did not receive any additional charges other than the initial fees, which are not refundableYour account remains canceled and you will not receive any other shipments or charges

This company has a VERY aggressive sales pitch. Before you know it, you've been charged almost $100 for a product that you were supposed to only have a trial run. The time limits are very close. I ordered on 6/7, cancelled on 6/8 (under 24 hrs), was given a return product number and told I had 15 days (6/23) for them to RECEIVE the product back or I'd be charged $94 for the full product. Mind you, I hadn't even received the trial product yet... I'm watching for it now and will return it return receipt requested. If I get charged, I'm going to scream [redacted] murder... This whole thing started with a [redacted] survey request. [redacted] should be notified that Blizzardwhite is using their name for questionable business practices.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did get a return authorization from the company, but I did not order their product from their website - I used a link through [redacted]. A company SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED hide a monthly membership in the terms and conditions knowing damn well that no one reads them. Plus, they gave me 8 days to respond if I wanted to cancel but I received the product after the 8 days! Yes they got me - they got me good, but my complaint is to hopefully have the Revdex.com stop companies from operating like this.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I’m writing to let you know I reject BlizzardWhite’s decision. These are the reasons:They sent me in Dec. the TRIAL offer of 1 pen for $4.95. I received the TRIAL offer and was told not to use it on dentures.  I called the company  12/5 to obtain the RMA number to send it back and told them I did not want any more. (NEVER USED IT)When my credit card statement came in I questioned the $94.31 charge and told them I would not pay it as I NEVER received a 30 day supply. They in turn told me I had not sent the trial back in time. I counted from the day I received the TRIAL and they said they counted from the day I ordered (Dec.10).  That doesn’t make sense, how can you try something you don’t have in your hand??They are claiming now that they sent the 30 day supply the same day as the TRIAL.  Why would you do that before you even tried product??  I NEVER  RECEIVED THE 30 DAY SUPPLY!!We’ve had an awful winter here in the Northeast and sometimes our mail was held up.Unfortunately my credit card company advised me to pay the whole bill so my credit would not be ruined and then they would dispute charge. I never should have paid it and disputed it then.I feel this company is running a scam, their so called polices are at the least quite questionable!! They are  based in Nevada, but follow the laws of Arizona??Would you please help to resolve this situation so I can get my $94.31 back. Please let me know if I have to send all the papers I have re: this case?  I sent quite a few to my credit card company and also to the Revdex.com here in Boston.  They assured me they sent it all to you. Thank you for your kind cooperation and consideration.Regards,[redacted]

As I stated previously I mailed the unused products back to the company headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ - Tracking Number:[redacted]as shown in image) prior to receiving the email regarding shipping instructions from the company.
I would like my credit card refunded with the proper amount of $94.31 ASAP. Someone at the headquarter received the package with my letter of complaint!

Ms. [redacted], We recently received your complaint # 1[redacted] from the Revdex.com regarding your Blizzard White account.
According to our records, we received your order on October 18, 2015. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your
order clearly state that...

you were to have an 8 day trial period starting from
the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to
avoid further charges.  They also indicate that “you must take affirmative
action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $94.31
eight days from the date of your order processing for the product.”   These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our
website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order
confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written
version of the terms you agreed to.When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating
that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks
that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they
did. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our
customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you. Please note that we do not offer samples. We offer trial periods
and shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover return shipping costs. On October 18, 2015 you spoke with a
representative to cancel your account. You were immediately issued a return
merchandise authorization number and return deadline date and sent a
confirmation email outlining your return instructions. You
did not receive any additional charges other than the initial shipping fee of $4.90.
Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any other shipments or
charges as long as we receive your product back by the deadline date of
November 11, 2015. Thank you,  Blizzard White Customer Service Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week  [redacted] (US
