Those Gentlemen were able to safely and effectively complete 2 days worth of a Heat Pump install in 14 hours to ensure we had A/C in our home before we went to bed that evening. The company sounded good but after seeing there employees in action they were a home run. I would recommend the company to anyone but I hope that the future customer is lucky enough to have great technicians like we did.

We were so worried when our furnace quit during record-breaking cold. I called Blue Dot, and we had an appointment with Dan that same morning. Dan helped us understand what had happened to our furnace and what our options were. We chose to replace our furnace with a more energy efficient unit, and the replacement was scheduled for the very next morning. The technicians came at 8, and we had heat by lunch time.

New gas furnace install by Don and Chris today. Went fine: Started on time, proceeded smoothly w/little interruption to my teleworking, tested out fine and cleaned up worksite. I've had Blue Dot for years and they usually satisfy, and they did again. Thanks.

My only complaint is that no one called to tell me that the technician would be LATE. When I called them, they assured me that I was "next on the list" - which amounted to an hour and a half after the latest time I had ben given.

Dwayne provided excellent service and went over all the work performed and pending issues in detail.

Skip [redacted] has serviced my furnace and AC units for numerous years. He is a outstanding Tech, very knowledgeable and always provides excellent service. I always request him because he takes pride in his work and I know my service will always be done right.

My experience with Blue Dot and Jeremy W. were nothing short of stellar. Courteous and professional is how I would describe the work performed which was a complete replacement of my outdoor heat pump. From the initial contact through the wrap up everything was handled with the utmost care and consideration. The work area was left spotless and the unit fully tested before disengaging. I have finally found a trusted partner for HVAC related activites and would highly recommend.

The service was outstanding as was the service technician Mike W. He went "above and beyond the call of duty" to fix our problem. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing.

I am a long-term customer with Blue Dot, with a service maintenance contract.
This spring, they came out to perform the spring maintenance. The next week, which was very hot, they came out, did a second assessment, and recommended a new unit. A short time later, the basement was flooded, and they came out again. It is now flooded again, today, so they did not fix everything.

Throughout the sales process, they asked for my credit card in payment,
which I gave them, even though I was traveling out of state.

Imaging my surprise when I received a phone call telling me I owed
thousands of dollars in payment. By the way, there was NO INVOICE.
When I called about that, they said it was not their policy to issue one.

The flooding today shows the very poor quality of their work.
The lack of any kind of invoice shows the very poor quality of their business processes.

The company just called and gave the explanation that the NEW pump, that is supposed to remove condensation and shut off the air conditioning FAILED, both to pump the water and FAILED to shut off the air conditioning, thus spewing water all over the floor, AGAIN. This shows evidence of very shoddy work.

I request a refund, because they did not provide reasonable service maintenance or repair at any level. I do not recommend using this company at all.

C. and T. were very personable and thorough. Checked and serviced my heating system with filters and necessary updates and updated a problematic surge protector. Nice guys!
