There are multiple customers who have had the same lousy experience with their product as I haveThey are not helpful and failed to reply to my correspondence in a timely mannerI voiced to them I did not have a good experience with their product and they just kept telling me they did not care and they would not get me a refund although if you look at the times I logged in, I never had a chance to properly use their service because their website would NOT WORK!!!! If I am unable to use their service why am I being charged for it?!?!
