Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below 1.If you look at the RG Plans and Pricing the $subscription is not in Bold font in order to intentionally to trick the customer accept.I think this is a shady business practice.Human decision making process tends to go with the default choice and thats what these guys took advantage of2.If RG wants to upsell subscription they have to enforce a condition before payment letting the customer know that they will add him/her to subscription and make it mandatory for the customer to accept before taking payment3.I checked the yelp reviews and looks like they have been running this scam for quite sometime now please refer: [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
