Resume Genius starts out by promoting a free trial that you end up having to pay $for which turns into a monthly subscription that you review no email warning you about an end to the trailNormally a subscription website will provide good customer service and refund a subscription fee if you did not use the services during that timeI'm not the only one to complain on this matter. ***provides about similar complains with Yelp and other review sites all backing up my complaintI find it poor business that they are unwilling to resolve my issue and instead refer to their fine print as a legal justification for their billing processOthers need to be warned about the sketchy billing process from this companyThe concept of paying $for a single resume template download is ludicrous and I'm less than impressed with their copy and paste response to the matter
