They had the option to cancel at any time during the 14 day trial period to prevent the auto-renewal and in order to avoid future charges.The cancellation process is very simple: Log in > My Account >> Plan Information >>> Cancel This will confirm that the account was successfully canceled.To download a digital copy of the resume for free they have the option to choose the TEXT format which will not require them to make any payments. However, all other services require a payment as stated above and according to our Terms of Use. No additional charges will be levied against their credit card as long as the account remains canceled. Should they reactivate the account, the credit card will be charged accordingly.When the customer purchased the account we provided instructions on how to cancel, along with the specific date and time at which the billing cycle would take place. We informed that it needed to be canceled on a timely manner.We recognize that the account is now cancelled, however, the cancellation came after the billing cycle had already occurred. The information regarding our Subscription Service is NOT in fine print and can be located in our Terms of Use, Plan Comparison, Sales Receipt, Plan Information and Alerts.I am sorry to inform this, but as per our Terms of Use, the customer is responsible for the charges incurred.Please let us know if you require any additional type of documentation to serve as evidence of the charges and our Terms of Use. Hello,Your site is highly deceptive and difficult to navigate for customers regarding this terms of use agreement that you mentioned. The terms of use are almost hidden between pages of contract, and what your site appears to be offering is false advertising. If the intention of the company is to purchase a monthly subscription, this should be noted on the main webpage and not be hidden. Although the customer is provided the terms of agreement, as mentioned, a day to day customer does not expect for this company to be utilizing deception business advertising when the site solely advertises for its one use resume. Your company is engaged in bait and switch advertising, and claims to promote a different service than what is specified in the terms of use.  The business's response about their terms of service and agreements that are entered into is completely irrelevant in this case as I , [redacted], never entered into any agreement with resume genius or RGO technologies. Please advise the company to present me with documents containing my signature agreeing to any such conditions. If this alone is the basis of them denying responsibility in this matter, than they should be able to present a signed contract by myself, [redacted], agreeing to such. Secondly, there assertions that I am responsible for charges made by people granted permission to use my card is completely baseless as RGO technologies could NOT possibly be aware of me granting ANYONE such permission to use my card. I initially notified them of this fact in June, and the fact that NO ONE was authorized to make this charge.By the response given it appears the company policy is to make baseless assertions and speculative claims as "evidence" to their position. In this situation that is exactly what they are doing. Secondly, I have informed them multiple times that they are incorrect, yet they claim the same thing repeatedly. It seems as if they do not care what they true reason is. It was an employee that informed me that someone attempted to cancel the account during the 14 day free trial, not my own knowledge, so it is obvious to resume genius that the account was not used during any of the billed time periods. This shows that RGO technologies did not loose and financial, intellectual, or personal property by this transaction and have continued to be "whole" the entire time they were charging my account. As I am the only only one that has lost anything from this transaction, with nothing gained. Not once was any other solution other than 'there is nothing we can do' offered by a company that lost nothing, had no right to take the money from me that they did, and was made aware of the mistakes made by their own staff. Also, never once did I receive any statements, bills, or account balances mailed to my home address (that they informed me they had on file) or emailed to my email address ([email protected]). As this is a customary practice by every company I have dealt with, It is my belief that this is not done by RGO tech. in order to not alert customers of unauthorized charges. Just a few minutes research online shows many consumers complaining of the same type of situations, and I believe shows there history of carelessness and irresponsible business practices. Once again please instruct the company to provide the signed agreement by myself, agreeing the conditions causing them to deny responsibility in this matter. If such proof can not be presented than once again I demand a full refund off all charges incurred by these unauthorized transactions.

 This is the same old crap they told me when I called them in response of the over charge. There was nothing that said any charges that they are saying. I told them that when I called. This is not correct and I will settle for nothing but a refund for the over charged service. If I have to contact the Ky Attorney Generals Office I will. This is really sad that this Company thinks everyone is so dumb that they can charge whatever they want.
