After asking each user for their name and email address, My Perfect Resume gives them the option of uploading an existing resume and/or choosing a resume template to use in creating a new resumeAfter proceeding through these first two steps, the user comes to a page saying "Congratulations! You now have access to all of our free services." On this page, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that one of the free services offered is the ability to "Download the .txt version of your resume." *** chose to click continue at the bottom of this page and begin creating a resumeAccordingly, upon completing her resume, *** was given the option to either download the .txt version of the resume, or upgrade for instant access to all offered features
