You now have access to all of our free services." On this page, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that one of the free services offered is the ability to "Download the .txt version of your resume." *** chose to click continue at the bottom of this page and begin creating a resumeAccordingly, upon completing her resume, *** was given the option to either download the .txt version of the resume, or upgrade for instant access to all offered features

There customer service response is an email toolI decided pretty much immediately that there was no value and completed the online response to cancel well within the trial periodI did not realize the debit to my account until the second one came through
I explained this to them and they refuted my claimI also challenged them to look in the tool and to verify that I had not used itThe employee responded that was true however in his words I had access to itPrior to my finally getting someone to talk to instead of the e-mail tool, I went online to view the previous complaints on this company, and I went on Revdex.com to see if there were othersWhat I found was typical of my experienceI find it unfortunate that business is allowed to be conducted in this wayI am also certain that many people simply walk away and take the loss of these debit to their account but I refuse to be one moreThey are making money when no service has been usedAs to the notion they have met me half way, nonsenseI contacted them the moment I saw the debit which is in advance of serviceSo again service was not used and I feel they should not only issue me a full refund but get their act togetherHad I used the service other than during the trial they would have a point but this is them trying to keep my money as they have so many others
