This is the worst experience I have had with an on line companyAfter spending hours preparing my resume' on their site and then paying for it, all my information disappeared was replaced with some jumbled garbage I had never seen beforethe cost was minimal, but the time expended is valuableI immediately contacted their customer service and spoke to a young lady who assured someone would contact me within a few daysAfter days I sent an email requesting satisfaction, still no responseI sent a final email stating I would be contacting the *** and any other consumer advocacy groups I couldStill, not a single wordI would NEVER use this company again for ANYTHING!

Mediocre writing techniques usedI purchased a resume for $+ cover letter addtl $I spoke with my writer, and discussed what my situation was, faxed her my previous job descriptions, and informed her that my resume was to serve as an career change, not for past positions, therefore, a chronology resume structure was usedThe fields that were used in this resume were professional summary, summary of qualifications, education; and professional experience consecutively The writer used my incomplete resume template, and added a few action verbs to the data that I had already writtenThe professional summary did not reflect my educational skills that I have, for my career change resume/entry level job, instead it boasted results-oriented but did not show any accomplishments..ie results in the new career field of technologyMy experience with customer service was terribleEach representative would do a ticket, nobody would solve the problem...I emailed, and responded to a email from the writing team representative about the corrections, and was instructed to call and I did so, the representative told me that they did not have a representative with the name I gave themAfter speaking with a foreign speaking native, he said he would have to do a another ticket...I gave up and requested a refund, because of poor, unreliable, unprofessional service

of full access for days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long*** chose to accept our offer for day full access, which automatically renews monthlyOn the page where *** made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the day premium access ''automatically renews at $per month on the 15th day''In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on May 3, to our monthly service at $per month.'' This page also provides information on how *** could cancel before this monthly chargeFinally, *** was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming ***'s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on May 3, to our recurring monthly service at $per month.'' Accordingly, on May 3, ***'s card was charged $for the applicable month of service
Although our monthly charges are not refundable, LiveCareer was willing to make an exception for *** and provide her a refund of monthly charge totaling $Our customer service team refunded *** the amount of $as of June 8,
