This review is not for their services on "LiveCareer.com", but rather for the fact that this business posted personal information about me on a friend's resume that they posted as an 'example resume.' My phone number was not blocked out when posting this resume that had me as a reference I contacted this business weeks ago trying to get it removed and after being told it would be removed after to business days it is still posted so anyone can google my phone number and find my name To top it off, they blocked out the resume owner's information but did not bother with blocking out all of her references listed at the bottom of the email I would NOT use this business as they cannot even follow through with a simple request to remove personal information

have not received any cancellation requests before January 30, nor have records of ***’s alleged requests. Nonetheless, the account was formally cancelled on said date
Before creating any account in our portal, all of our customers have to agree to our Terms of Use which state that for the 14-day initial period a fee of $2.95; afterwards, a monthly recurring fee of $will be charged until the customer cancels his or her account.
Likewise, *** agreed to our terms before creating her account. We usually do not process refunds because we make sure to give proper notice of our charges to our customers; nevertheless, our Customer Service team processed today three (3) courtesy refunds for $each (totaling $74.85)Please allow 3-days for these to be fully processed.
