The response that they jab provided is correct. I was issues a refund. No response was provided however for the initial complaint that I filed with Revdex.com. The website is designed in an unethical way. The fact that the response on this matter is a copy and paste job (they have someone else's name in the body of the response) leads me to believe that convolution is their goal. This is not an ethical way to conduct business.

We note that she mentioned charges but we cannot locate any records of these charges or an account with the information provided on the complaint. Please have [redacted] confirm the last four digits of her card and inform you if there are any alternate email addresses that she could have used to sign up for our services.

Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted]. We have reviewed our files and our records show that [redacted] signed up for our Resume Builder services on June 7, 2015. The copy online clearly provided [redacted] with a choice of full access for 14 days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long. [redacted] chose to accept our offer for 14 day full access, which automatically renews monthly. On the page where [redacted] made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the 14 day premium access ''automatically renews at $39.80 per month on the 15th day''. In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on June 22, 2015 to our monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' This page also provides information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly charge. Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming [redacted]'s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on June 22, 2015 to our recurring monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' Accordingly, on June 22, 2015 [redacted]'s card was charged $39.80 for the applicable month of service.
Although our monthly charges are not refundable, LiveCareer was willing to make an exception for [redacted] and provide her a refund of 3 monthly charges totaling $119.40. Our customer service team refunded [redacted] the amount of $119.40 as of Oct 3, 2015.

I was charged for 4 monthly charges at $39.80 per month. I was initially charged the $1.95 on June 8th, a charge I am not disputing. subsequently in mid June, July, August and September I received the $39.80 charge, which I am asking be refunded. therefore, I should have one more month refunded. I also want reassurance that my son's subscription is cancelled. his account was cancelled on Day 1, but I now understand that there is a difference in deleting an account, and stopping a subscription, however, any reasonable person would understand that by cancelling my account I no longer wish for services OR charges.

My bank confirmed that refund has been completed successfully.Regarding communication from LIVECAREER NA, Inc, they did not intimate me regarding subscription renewal via email ,sms or phone before doing transaction. When I logged my cancellation request on LIVECAREER website, no one from livecareer contact me.when Revdex.com took my case forward then only livecareer started replying. livecareer do not proactively take care of customers.
