Although the business is correct in restating their business practice, the issue was never concerning the policy which they have put in placeThe complaint, which has been resolved, was their denial of the possibility to refund some or all of the product cost upon cancellationThe online representative repeatedly denied that a refund was even a possibility and that has clearly been shown to be incorrectThe representative had also refused to offer a supervisor's availability for resolution and had closed the interaction despite my request for resolutionThey have covered their practice from a legal point of view, but the practice of denying partial or full refunds is a clear attempt to profit from an otherwise unnecessary subscriptionTo function as a business, they have covered their groundTo function as a better business, there is much to be desiredThank you to the Revdex.com for your assistance in following up on the company's unfortunate practices
