LiveCareer's response does not address the root of my issue - continuing to be billed after cancelling my accountTheir response clearly outlines and defends their deceptive and entrapping business practiceWhich I fell victim to, but to their point is my fault by not fully reading the fine printWhat their response does not acknowledge is that they continued to bill for a second month of service after I canceled my accountBottom-line I do feel this response is inadequate, however I have received resolution through my credit card company and require no further action from the Revdex.com (which by the way I am impressed with)
