I accept, thank you for refunding what was chargedI still believe you should advertise the "automatic renewal after days" not everyone reads when they are struggling to find a jobMost see only the $charge and quickly process the paymentI was not able to see where the company indicated there was an automatic renewalAnd if they wish to keep it as an automatic renew, they should not charge it from the bank card that was used in file, what if it would have been someone else's bank card? Couldn't they file a theft claim since they were not the ones to "agree" to the terms? Most of us are going through a difficult time and can't afford to have $charged

I accept the response based on the fact that Live Career has refunded back the money they chargedNevertheless their claim of mentioning the charges explicitly in the email sent by them is absolutely falseI have all the mails from them so far and in none of them was the auto renewal mentionedNot even after the first paymentTheir claims are and I would strongly suggest users discretion in getting any service from this site

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/24) */ Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted] ***. We have reviewed our files and our records show that [redacted] signed up for our Resume Builder services on November 21, 2015. The copy online clearly provided [redacted] with... a choice of full access for 14 days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long. [redacted] chose to accept our offer for 14 day full access, which automatically renews monthly. On the page where [redacted] made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the 14 day premium access ''automatically renews at $39.80 per month on the 15th day''. In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on December 6, 2015 to our monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' Our customer service team refunded [redacted] the amount of $39.80 as of February 2, 2015. We trust this addresses any concerns you may have. Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/03/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We do not accept this at all. [redacted] deactivated his account assuming that cancelled his subscription. Once an account is cancelled, you no longer have access to it so why would he want to continue with it and how can you be charged for an account that does not exist. Also since he "cancelled" the account, he had NO access whatsoever to cancel the subscription. He cancelled his account within the 15 day period and as records will show, he only used this service once, it was the SAME day that he signed up for it. Also, he did call and speak to a cust service rep over the phone who then said [redacted] would get an email within 24-48 hours. He NEVER got one, what kind of customer service is this??? Upon reviewing MANY reviews on Google etc, there have been MANY complaints about this company. This company is a scam and a joke and no we will not accept this offer. We will also let everyone know to not EVER use this company. We want a FULL refund. Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2016/03/21) */ Thank you again for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted] ***. As previously mentioned, our monthly charges are not refundable. However, we value our customers here at BOLD and want to do all that we can to resolve any issues they may have. As such, in addition to the monthly charge of $39.80 refunded on February 2, 2016, our customer service team has provided [redacted] with an additional refund in the amount of $39.80. As of March 9, 2016, [redacted] has received a refund of 2 charges, for a total refund amount of $79.60. We trust this resolves this issue. Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 12, 2016/03/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As I previously stated, I want the entire amount refunded to me. As I previously informed the BBB as we'll as this fraudulent company, I did cancel my account within the trial period. I will not be satisfied until the entire amount is refunded so no, I do not accept this offer. Thank you.
