The response that they jab provided is correctI was issues a refundNo response was provided however for the initial complaint that I filed with Revdex.comThe website is designed in an unethical wayThe fact that the response on this matter is a copy and paste job (they have someone else's name in the body of the response) leads me to believe that convolution is their goalThis is not an ethical way to conduct business
Thank you,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did receive a PDF copy of my resume however, I still have to spend the time to retype it for editing purposesPreparing my resume was a very time consuming process and I believe the company's advertising was very deceiving by giving the perception I would be able to print or download my resume in versions that would be accessible to editingThey give those options above the resume as you are writing itI had to call the company to find out that I could not print my resume other than plain text format, which would erase all formatI realize they want you to purchase their templates however, they need to be up front and advertise what they are offering so people do not spend the valuable time as I didI will not recommend or use this company againI hope the Revdex.com takes into account their advertising practices seriously
