As stated by out Customer Care Representative, if you were to check our terms and conditions, it is clearly stated that we cannot guarantee seat assignment requests. Also, when you book on Justfly.com, you have 4 hours from the moment that the ticket is issued to cancel your booking without any penalty. For the 20 other hours, you can cancel, but fees applies. This is the case with your booking. 
Regarding fees applied for seat assignment by the airline, some provide seats without additional cost, some others do not. We do not have any control over airlines policies, this is why we strongly suggest you to verify with the airline what is involved.
There is nothing further we can offer as we have already waived the fees that were charged by us. We consider the file closed.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I believe that Justfly uses deceptive tactics to get consumers to pay a fee for their services. As I stated before,  I received conflicting explanations from the customer service agent as well as the manager as to what the additional fee was that I saw posted to my credit card. First I was told it was a fare increase and then I was told I should expect a service fee using a 3rd party. 
I have attached a screen shot of the charges that were posted to my credit card.  The message that I received on their website when I booked these tickets indicted that the fare had increased which is why I was being charged an additional amount beyond the $943.00 per ticket. As evidenced by the screen shot from my credit card company,  Justfly collected the additional amount of $563.80.  Delta collected the $943.00 per ticket.  I firmly believe that the $563.80 is a service fee that Justfly collects but deceptively calls a fare increase.  I would not have accepted a service charge of that excessive amount.  And I believe consumers should be aware of their tactics.  Clearly they are not reputable based upon the excessive amounts of complaints that they have received based upon the research I have been doing.   
I do not accept their response.  Justfly should not be in business.  Not only do they misrepresent themselves on the internet they also clearly train their customer service representatives to provide deceptive explanations of charges.  
I want to continue to pursue this complaint.

email at  13:04. (This is not 4 hours later, as stated). That being said, one of our Customer Care Representatives has called the airline to make the name change and they have accepted our request as an exception with no fees. Due to this factor, we are also waiving the 75$
fee as a one time, good will gesture.
