We do apologize if you have not received this for some reason. We are in the process of attempting a reversal of the No-Show fee with the airline on your behalf. There is no guarantee that this is possible but if it is, then they can authorize the refund. 
We have not heard back as of yet. We will revert back once we do.

I would like to let you know that I just saw from my online banking  a refund of 824.61 from the airline of justfly[redacted]
I saw (-824.62) this shows to me that they are listening to you.  If I have not contacted you, I would Not have received a
penny from justfly[redacted]!
 
Justfly[redacted] has been the worst I ever dealt with.  I felt threatened by them for asking my own money back.
 
I would personally would like to thank you [redacted] of Revdex.com.ORG of helping, and making me happy
of resolving my issue to a good outcome.
 
I would also would like to thank you for letting me know to make sure if I resolved the issue with
the company when I clicked the wrong button.  I would not have known that,  if you have not left me
message whether I make that mistake.  You sound a good person, not only you doing a resolution job.
 
Thank you again for you and the Revdex.com.Org for protecting companies who like to rip off consumers like
me and others.
 
If the Revdex.com is Not there to protect the  vulnerable consumers from the bad companies,
then who will?

The statement provided by the company is incorrect. They stated:
These suggested dates are usually highlighted for easy viewing.
The 'highlighting' you speak of is an update made to the website after I filed this complaint. With that being said, it is still not enough to 'highlight' something in a very subtle color to differentiate between what the actual search was seeking. There should be LARGE font advising 'ALTERNATE DATES ARE LESS EXPENSIVE' or an option on the initial input page to allow the user to choose alternate dates to show up in their search results. There is ALOT of info provided to the consumer both on the results page AND on the verification page. If the fact that alternate dates were being provided is not clearly made known to the user, they have no reason to expect that what they are viewing is different than what they were actually seeking.
I am not asking for a refund that ultimately comes out of the airline's pocketbook. A  refund from Justfly.com will not break any contract with the airline, as no interaction with the airline is needed to own up to your marketing mistake and issue a check that comes out of YOUR pocketbook, (not the airline's pocketbook.) I will not be in the country on the date of the flight that was actually booked, and would have not ever booked the ticket, if I had understood when it was for.
I expect a full refund from Justfly.com even if they are the ones that swallow the cost.

because:
 
A representative did reach out to me, but offered no reasonable accomodation. Here are the facts: Justfly[redacted] wants to charge me fees of $450, per ticket, to change the outgoing flight on a ticket valued at only approximately $550. This is absolutely ridiculous.
To make matters worse, when I call the airlines direct, they state that their contract with Justfly[redacted] does not allow them to change the tickets in any way... which forces the consumer back to Justfly[redacted] and involves these arbitrary and unreasonable fees.
 
I could not be more dissatisfied with Justfly[redacted] and will advise everyone I know to avoid them at no cost. Their business practices are unnethical, and unreasonable.

We sincerely apologize once again for all inconvenience caused in this situation. Our Customer Care Representative has reached out to the airline that is United Airlines and was advised that the dates can be extended for 6 months.
The stipulation is that both tickets need to be exchanged on September 03rd 2016  at the latest or else you will lose the value of both tickets as the documents are only valid for 1 year.
Please be advised that the penalty fee + fare difference (if applicable) + difference in fares (if applicable) will still apply with the Airline.Feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience with the new dates on[redacted] or by email and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange of the tickets.At this time, we consider the file resolved.

Attached please find a printout from my bank showing a charge of $4,083.57 made on 05/25/2018 at 11:27:33.  The charge was made by LOT Polish Airlines, exactly the airline justfly.com was trying to sell me.  Attached also please find copies of ALL emails received from justfly.com to show the declined transactions.  None of them show the amount of $4,083.57.  I did not call any other travel agency and did not contact the airline directly at that time.  I stopped by my bank today to get the printout and I even called LOT Polish Airlines asking them to find the charge but somehow they were unable to find it under my name.  Justfly.com is lying to you and I need them to return my payment a.s.a.p..

rejecting this response because: there was no resolution. They said someone was reviewing the case and would get back to me.
I have additional information I wanted to supply. After I filed my complaint I spoke with United Airlines, the carrier I was supposed to be flying on. They told me that what JustFly.com did to me is NOT their policy. 
Becky at United told me 1. Never heard of the site JustFly.com 2. She could re-open my ticket
 
However, JustFly.com told me they could not do anything because they already issued me a credit - please note I contacted them within 24 hours
 
Becky from United said the ticket was not even issued by United. She said it was a bulk ticket. Becky said she has Downtown Travel at phone number [redacted] listed as the agent. United Airlines told me they believed I was being taken advantage of and that I should file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com against JustFly.com. I repeat, United Airlines advised me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.
If UNITED is saying this is not in-line with their policies and that I should file a complaint with you, the Revdex.com...that should say something. 
I have already forfeited my ticket and made clear to the company I cannot travel the same route. Their story changed every time I called and spoke to someone new .They offered NO cancellation option and their "credit" made no mention of having to fly the same route. As a matter of fact, it said "you can book with partners". There was also zero reference on their screen that we have to call to cancel. 
 
I stand firm in wanting my $150 back. I already lost the airfaire and flight.

They are asking me to pay them full price for new Alaska Air tickets, and they will refund my money within 60-90 days.  I know they are lieing as I've spoken to Alaska Air Reservations supervisor, and Virgin Air Reservations Supervisor, both have informed me all Justfly has to do is easily convert the Virgin Air credit to Alaska Air and book the tickets.  They said JustFly knows how to do this as they've already booked one of the three tickets on Alaska Air.  I refuse to send this company one more penny of my money.  If they are unwilling to book the other two tickets with Alaska Air, then I want my full refund and I will book with Alaska on my own.  They have blocked me from using any other Airlines through them for our tickets, so its up to them to either book the remaining two tickets, or give me my money back.  By the way, I have never told anyone at JustFly[redacted] I have an attorney working on this situation.  This is another lie. I have enough credit with them to cover all 3 tickets and the re-booking fee, but the longer they wait to accomplish this, the more the rates rise.  They know this.  Again, either they book the other two tickets with Alaska Air on the same flight and date and the one they already booked, or refund all my money.Sandra[redacted]
