As discussed with our Customer Care Representative, we have offered a Future Travel Credit . He has explained how this credit will work and that you will have up to one year (Feb 3 2018) to utilize it. There is a penalty fee as well as a fare, tax difference...

my ticket was purchased through Justfly[redacted] and Virgin Atlantic said it was JustFly’s responsibility to act on my behalf and change name of [redacted] or else issue another tickets.
I have no verification that any actions from this before mentioned response has been executed.  In fact, I sent a letter to justfly and they never sent a formal letter back.
borh ticket holders were at the airport 2 hrs before flight and justfly told us that they would not change name or rebook our flight.  Therefore, they are responsible to reimburse us for our vacation funds including tickets and hotels, excursions and train tickets.Sincerely,Kimberly[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: 
JustFly responded that I could have contacted them after I received the Reservation Confirmation, I would have contacted them right away if I had caught the error.  I did not discover the Flight reservation was incorrect until 12/417 when I was making arrangements to be picked up at the Airport.
They claim they are unable to change the flight reservation or refund the money for the Tickets because they are following Airline guidelines.  I spoke with a Supervisor from Delta Airlines on 12/4/17 when I noticed the error in the flight reservation who informed me that JustFly.com would have to change the flight reservation or give me a refund.  The Supervisor at Delta informed me that guidelines for flight reservations through Delta do not apply to third-party companies like JustyFly.com.
There are several other people who were scammed by JustFly[redacted] and it is noted on the Revdex.com website as well as a site for JustFly[redacted].

As we do apologize for the circumstances of the situation, there are fare rules stated in our Terms and Conditions that ALL tickets are Non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 
As we appreciate that this is not the response you were hoping for, we are not able to offer the refund even with this unfortunate emergency. We consider the file closed.
In our Terms:
All reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you find that you must cancel a reservation for any reason, please contact us. We will do all we can to assist you in this process. However, please be aware that even if your cancellation is allowed and your reservation is thus refundable, it may be subject to a cancellation fee of $150.00 per passenger for international flights, $125 for trans-border flights between Canada and the USA and $75 for domestic flights. These fees will not apply to the cancellation of airfare for: (1) four hours after the time of purchase for all customers; (2) in the USA, 24 hours after the time of purchase for customers who opt-in to and purchase our Extended Cancellation Policy; (3) in Canada, within the same date of purchase.All reservations are also non-changeable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If you need to make a change to your reservation and that change is allowed, please be aware that such change is subject to a fee of $75 per passenger for domestic flights, $125.00 for trans-border flights and $150.00 for all other flights. There may also be fees or differences in price charged by any third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.) included in your reservation.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: firstly the email stated in Justfly's response is incorrect so I have not received any intimation that the transaction is being processes. The actual email addresses provided to Justfly were [redacted] OR [redacted]
 
Secondly, I was clearly notified by the representative that the following two refunds will be issued from Just fly within 5-10 business days. This was disclosed during telephone conversation held on June 29th. The refunds are:
1. 150 per ticket for the additional cancellation charges that were charged to my credit card without my consent, totaling $600.
2. $663 per ticket refund from Justfly, totaling $2,652
 
The third refund for about $691.52 was to be issued by the [redacted] airline (and not just fly) and was suppose to take 6-8 weeks.
 
To date, I have received the refunds of $600 from Justfly and $691.52 from [redacted] (which was suppose to take longer time). I am still waiting to receive the bulk of the refund from Justfly for $2,652.
 
I would greatly appreciate your help in receiving this money back. Given the past track record of this company, I am afraid that I may not ever receive this money even though they have admitted that it is entirely their fault and have agreed in principle to provide the refund.
