Also as per our policies, the agency's Extended Cancellation Policy is non-refundable.

We recommend you first check in for your flight online, on your airline’s website. Then, at the airport, we recommend you check in 90 minutes before your scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours before your scheduled departure for international flights. Hello once again,
This has been explained over a couple times now and there is no different outcome what will be produced unfortunately. As mentioned, we have reviewed the calls and there was no mention that another flight was purchased therefore your original flight was forfeited as a no-show.
We as an agency need to abide by the rules set forth by the airline, therefore this is out of our control. 
Once again, there is nothing we can offer in this matter and consider the file closed.

self-serve portal and the customer consented to the charges of 3 x $75.00 ($75.00 Justfly cancellation fee per person).
As we understand the frustration that this has caused you, the review page before confirming a booking is there to ensure all information entered is correct and as a matter of fact the full flight details were well displayed on the review page before the payment was submitted. The cancellation fee policy is described in the terms and conditions and customer has agreed upon the below:
"Within 24 hours of purchase, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, subject to our cancellation fees.You may choose to opt-in to our Extended Cancellation Policy, for $19.99 per passenger, which will allow you to cancel up to a full 24 hours after purchase without subjecting you to our standard administrative cancellation fees."
We are unable to offer the refund of $225.00 you are requesting.

For this ADHD neuro brain disorder.Which was in its massive full blown state! I could not even bring myself to make any clear , cognitive decisions. Notwithstanding exercising in poor judgement which all accounted for this entire mess since approximately the middle of October. Continuing..  These facts are evident and coupled with the fact that their  actions , just[redacted].  never recognized how much I struggled or if they did @all!hypothetically speaking of course! Still Continued with the idea of adding insult to injury in devising their own scheme with full intention to penalize me under my medical condition, by taking full advantage of such a person. My mind was spinning to the point where I did everything I could muster just to hold anything together! As there were more distractions and lack of focus then I could ever comment on .much less knowing how to organize my thoughts regarding my finances, my management of charges imposed by the Company. I made it a point to contact just fly , on numerous occasions.   to tell them how I wanted to discuss these charges and to date I have not received any money. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I spoke to their corporate representative today.  She was polite but simply reiterated that their previous position that they are a travel agency and prices are constantly changing.  This is highly suspect, not only because of the numerous other similar complaints but because their competitors don't seem to have this kind of problem.  It also does not address or respond to what I conveyed in the original complaint.  Namely, when I tried to book the system generated a message that said the price was no longer available and offered me different and more expensive fares.  When I did a further search for available fares I got a pop up to call in for a fare (listed on the screen) but the agent was not able to book that fare and was again offering different/more expensive fares.  I even refreshed the page while on the phone with the agent.  When I asked the agent why I was getting this screen but he was not able to book the fare advertised and listed he hung up on me.  The corporate representative also did not explain this very very poor service.  Sadly that is probably because she did not have an explanation.  I did make alternate plans so my complaint here is made as documentation and a warning to others.  IN MY EXPERIENCE AND OPTION THIS COMPANY IS USING BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEMES AND SCAMS.  They have terrible reviews and tons of complaints that mimic this conclusion and law enforcement really needs to investigate.Sincerely,Jose [redacted]

I recently submitted a complaint for Justfly[redacted].  My complaint ID is [redacted].  This...

company is trying to charge me more for a ticket because I am using a credit from a cancelled flight.  They say that the prices listed on their website are for new bookings (which I feel  mine is) and that credit flights have to pay additional fees which I was not told when I cancelled and was charged a processing fee for doing so.  They mislead me and charged me a fee for doing so.  I'd like a full refund of my previous ticket which was $320.60 plus the processing fee of $50 that they charged me to cancel my reservation.  This company is not conducting business in a professional manner or with integrity.  They should be made to tell customers that the customer will not be able to utilize the prices listed on the website if using a credit.  They did not do that when I cancelled. Now I am out my flight, $50 for a cancellation fee, and they want to charge me an additional $203 for the new flight sayin  g that this is the cost of the new reservation.  So the reservation on their website is $318.60 and for the same exact flight they want to charge me $521.60 because I am using a credit.  How is this legal?????

said yes. Also, at the time of booking, we do mention the fare rules of your ticket. I attached a PDF file showing the fare rules and I highlighted the section that talks about changes. Just Fly is the third party and we follow the airline's guidelines. However, I can understand that the change fee is higher than the value of your ticket and I am able to refund you our modification fee of 75$ and it will fall back on your credit card in 2-10 business days."Best regards,Customer Care Team
