Thank you for your message.  As mentioned by our Customer Care Representative, the system was unable to confirm the amounts because the airline had no more availability. For this reason, the transaction was not confirmed.
 
Once the refund request is confirmed and...

sent for processing, we cannot revert it as mentioned in the call. To be able to process this cancellation, there needs to be a verbal confirmation on the modification fees which were accepted.
 
For a copy of the recording, there needs to be an email sent to [redacted] for us to have it processed.

Since the newly purchased flight is not a Chicago-Warsaw one way (as the original) but rather a Chicago-Warsaw-Madrid open jaw - we are unable to tell what is the exact part of the amount paid for the Chicago-Warsaw sector. Consequently there is no particular amount that the agency would claim from AirBerlin (or what is left of it). Thus, unfortunately we, as a third party, are unable to grant a reimbursement of USD 2348.76 that were paid for the Chicago-Warsaw-Madrid tickets.We do apologize for the delay in advising the customer about the cancelled flight, therefore, as a gesture of courtesy, offer a USD100.00 travel credit per customer for any future travel needs.The only valid procedure in refunding the amounts paid for the AirBerlin tickets (USD485.19 x2) is by disputing the transaction with the financial institution. Please be advised that the seating assignment fee of USD29.90 paid on 29APR17 has been refunded.Unfortunately there is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file closed.Thank you for your understanding,Customer Care Team

As previously discussed with our customer care representative, the airline would not grant any refund waiver for this booking.  There are penalty fee for change of date  + any fare difference with new dates and difference in taxes if applicable. We have offered to refund the modification fees per person as a gesture of good will. You have received an email with all the details as well.

As discussed with our Customer Care Representative, we have reviewed your booking. For the Seat Assignment Fee, we have explained that this is never guaranteed as some airline do not allow it in advance. This is mentioned in our Terms & Conditions....

However, we have
gone ahead and refund this amount to your card already as a gesture of good will. 
As for the fare change, this is something that is out of our control as an agency. The invoice showing the actual amount you were charged after agreeing to the new price was sent of once more.

As a travel agency, our role is to put the widest range of airline fares, offerings, and features at your disposal, so you can find the itinerary and price that best suits your travel needs. However, there are many rules and restrictions governing such discounted fares. Therefore, this is
the responsible of the passenger to read and comprehend them before choosing a ticket. You had selected a fare with warning of its rules and limitation, you agreed to this fare and you booked it regardless of the warnings.
We are obliged to follow the airline's and fare rules on a ticket, the basic economy fare as stated does not allow upgrades, changes or advance seat selection etc. You were offered a void when you called because within 24hrs of booking, that was your only option, now that option has expired. Its over 24hours so the tickets are now bound by the fare rules and we are not able to overturn this.

Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I feel that they did nothing to help me and were rude to me.  I had to call the airline directly and was able to resolve my issue with Aeromexico in less than 5 minutes but was on the phone with JustFly for over an hour and they would not help me rebook on the correct flight.
I would like to be refunded the difference between the purchase price per ticket and the amount that was offered online as a compensation for all the time I wasted trying to rebook on the correct flight.  
JustFly was trying to book me on a flight in the middle of the night and was misinforming me on what other flights were available.  When I went online and told them there was an 8 AM flight they told me there wasn't (see attachment).  
I paid $575.13 per ticket for 5 tickets.  If they canceled the flight and I had to be rebooked on another flight (which I took care of myself), then I should have been rebooked at the cheaper fare for $459.15 per ticket.  
 
I want to be refunded a total of $579.90 (difference of $115.98 per ticket).Sincerely,[redacted]
