Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This resolution will be the same run around I have gotten previously. My desired outcome would be a refund or credit for future travel.  Again I was told by one of their representatives when cancelling the reservation that I HAD TO BOOK BY JAN. 5th 2018 for travel in March 2018. If they can prove with a recorded conversation that I had with her otherwise than this case is closed. But I am for certain the agent made a mistake (she's human) but to my expense. 521.00. I am looking for some kind of refund at this point.  I don't travel often, but for certain next March 2019 I will be traveling. What can they do for me then.

because: The web site JustFly[redacted] misleads customers while they are searching for air fares by providing fares for dates of travel not selected by customers, while enticing said customers with low fares. I witnessed this on five different occasions while demonstrating to friends and family. As a result of their actions I was forced into flying into Newark, NJ, three hours away from my intended destination Albany, NY and having to cut my trip shorter in upstate to get back to Newark on time. I would consider this matter resolved after a $230 refund to off set the cost of the new air fare and bus/ train fare to Albany, NY. I had received a phone call from JustFly[redacted] today, only to state that I was in error and in no way was JustFly[redacted] responsible, this too was unacceptable.Sincerely,Chad [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have no documentation telling me how much my credit is for.  No documentation telling me how and when I can use my credit.  I would be happy to accept a credit to use in the future, but I can't find a credit anywhere.  I log into my justfly.com account and there is no indication of any credits.  I need to know:
1.  How much is my full credit?
2.  How do I use my credit?
3.  When can I use my credit?
4.  Can I use my credit towards any future flight? At one time we were told we could only go to the same place that our tickets were for.  We have NO need to travel to       Mississippi, so they need to be good for travel to any place we choose.
