response because:  I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM JUSTFLY. THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENTS OF CANCELLING THE TICKETS OR RESERVE ALL CHARGES. I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE USING  THEIR SERVICE UNDER ANY CONDITIONS. Sincerely,Rajkumarie[redacted]

As stated previously as well as by our agent on the calls, ALL tickets are Non-refundable unless specified otherwise. This is seen in our Terms & Conditions. After the Terms, there are the Fare rules that are applicable.
Terms & Conditions:
All reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you find that you must cancel a reservation for any reason, please contact us. We will do all we can to assist you in this process. However, please be aware that even if your cancellation is allowed and your reservation is thus refundable, it may be subject to an administrative cancellation fee.
There is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file closed.

As mentioned by one of our Customer Care Representatives, we have investigated your booking and contacted the airline on your behalf concerning the advisories. There were none concerning Lebanon. We were refused any refunds but as our agent...

has informed you, there is a travel credit with the waive of the booking fees that is available to you until next September. Please see the email sent to you for all pertinent details.
We do apologize for the inconvenience that this situation has caused you and we have done all we can to help in this matter.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I was absolutely misled and misold by the company employee. I was told that the change fees were the usual charges from the company - with which I am very familiar. Only after I had contacted the airline directly to change the ticket that I was told I had to deal with the company I had bought the ticket from. When I then spoke to the ticket agency the fees were considerably more than usually from the airline and then on top of that I was informed that the agency then put their own fees on top. I had to purchase a new ticket after a very disturbing phone conversation with [redacted] [this was the supervisor I eventually spoke to who was incredibly rude and I don't believe gave me his real name etc]. On top of that when I rang to try and resolve this issue I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally and kept on hold for an unreasonable length of time - hours in fact.After launching a complaint with Revdex.com I eventually received an offer that the agency would drop their fee but still the ** change fee was twice the usual amount. Incidentally ** told me that the ticket agencies set their own change fees for the airline.So yet again I was lied to by this shoddy and shady company.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: thats not the whole truth I tried dates from dec until march when my " credit would expire every date was double regular fares being offered on their website. They have seperate fares for credits that just so happen to be double so you pay twice no matter what days you pick.Sincerely,[redacted]

Tickets are all non-refundable so therefore a voluntary refund will not be possible, as per the fare rules you own hold a BA future travel credit valid...

until 12 DEC 2018. The fare rules were advised online before booking it is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of your
purchase because by clicking confirm means you agree with the terms. There has been a travel credit applied to your profile. When ready to re-book next time a BA 275$ change fees plus any fare difference will apply.
Please do contact us directly if you need assistance with the booking. 
There is no further action we can provide therefore we consider the file closed.

agency which is the intermediary and need to abide by the changes offered by the airline and their rules. 
We are not able to offer the refund you are requesting due to the fact that you have confirmed and accepted the changes direct with the airline.
