is not possible to perform more than 24 hours after the ticket purchase and this is when the United Airlines ticket fare rules are applied. As we understand the frustration that this has caused you, we did contact United Airlines on a number of occasions to request a refund waiver for your tickets however, our requests were denied each time. 
We are unable to offer the refund you are requesting as we need to abide by the airline fare rules. Unfortunately, there is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file closed.Thank you for your understanding,Customer Care Team

They have sent me a notification that they are returning more of my money, but not the entire amount.  In addition to the $71.90 still outstanding for the CSA travel insurance purchase that they mention in this response, is the amount of $36.00 for seat assignment purchases that were made through their authorization on 4/27/18 (two charges of $18 each for the two travelers) to Air Europa.  They are not addressing this $36 and through the email they sent me directly continue to say there is nothing they can do about it since it was paid to a third party.
 
While I am grateful that the they are checking into the return of the $71.90, I also want the return of the $36.00.  The return of both of these additional amounts would then constitute a full return of my money.Sincerely,Karre [redacted]

I received a call from a certain [redacted] from the Just Fly Customer Service Team weeks ago that the refund will be issued so he needed me to close out this case - with heightened eagerness.
I told him that given my previous experience with their team, I will NOT be closing out this case UNTIL I had the refund in hand. Having received assurances by phone and email from the Just Fly customer team, I still have not received the refund promised as at 03 February 2017. I specifically requested that the person with whom I spoke send me a tracking number so I could follow up if necessary. Said person, [redacted], promised by email to do so but did not and has not to date. Subsequent email follow ups to the Just Fly Customer Service team to ascertain the status of the refund have yielded nothing - not even an acknowledgment of receipt of my follow up emails. At this point the refund which by Just Fly's own policy should have been received between TWO to TEN Business days is now over THIRTY THREE business days overdue. I therefore request:
 
1. Immediate processing and issuance of tracking number of mailed cheque, by email
2. Daily interest payments to be applied accordingly for the period for which the refund has been delayed
