It has again been a long waiting time and run around with this company. We appreciate the partial refund which I see on my account statement however, when speaking with *** ***, they seem to be under the impression that we received a full refund. The prices that you may have found for a 13FEB- 01MAR(or for any other dates in this instance) are solely at the discretion of the airlineJustfly does not and can not influence any airline's pricing for a specific flight.
We contacted Delta Airlines and they assured us that you are currently holding a credit of USDwith them that you would be able to use without any additional fees for ANY Delta flight re-issued and used before 15SEP(the fare difference would apply though)

Berlin filed to commence insolvency proceedings in GermanySubsequently, on August 18, 2017, an ancillary proceeding was filed under Chapter of the U.SBankruptcy Code for Recognition of the Foreign Proceeding in the U.SBankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Case Number *** As a result, all Air Berlin tickets issued before August 15, 2017, are no longer refundable due to German insolvency regulations. We regret to inform you that, in light of this, we are unable to proceed with your request to refund your ticket
