While you may outline something in Terms and Conditions it does not protect you if you break the law. I believe this is an instance of that. While airlines may call it a round-trip ticket, it can be altered on one leg of the trip or the other for a small fee. That option was not given to my parents, who were also willing to pay for a new one-way ticket if they could maintain their return flight.
Instead, your company chose to keep the money and cancel all flights.
As the ticket was purchased and sold in California and California is very big on consumer protection, I cannot imagine that this is something that is allowed to occur. Especially when it comes to large airlines such as ANA and United, which you are acting as a representative of when you sell tickets for them.
I will continue to pursue this issue outside the Revdex.com. I have contacted the California state agency that oversees travel agencies and deals with reimbursements such as this.
My parents are over the age of 70 and do not travel much by airplane. You as an agency took advantage of them and their inexperience.Sincerely,Erika[redacted]

And yes I could not understand your employee very well at the other end.  I will not recommend my friends or colleagues to use this travel agency. It was an absolute dissasterous experience. We as an agency are not able to offer refunds to our passengers as we abide by the rules of the tickets which come from the...

airlines.  We have reached out to the airline to attempt the refund due to bereavement but not all airlines offer this.
Icelandair is unfortunately one of them! They decline our request as the ticket is non-refundable for any reason. There is nothing further we can offer in this matter.

Just as a possibility: the refund transaction may not have been showing on the account balance statement due to the original charge was only an authorized/ on hold amount, in the event of a transaction void - the amount is not debited and therefore not credited.

The cancellation might have been requested with justairtickets[redacted] (which again is a separate entity and not a partner of ours). The first time the customer has contacted justfly over the phone is on 08NOV17.Furthermore the "e-document authorizing the $1063.10" complaint part is also describes a procedure different from the justfly procedures, leading to a thought that this is related to the justairtickets.com experience. There is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file closed.Best regards,Customer Care Team

I dont have thr money to apply for a visa to amsterdam either because I dont see why. I need a flighy going through africa because the rest other places, a nigerian needs a visa to switch planes.
