We've received such wonderful service from Boyett's since moving into our home approximately one year ago. We used them initially for just our RO service, and during our annual filter change, they noticed out soft water system wasn't functioning properly. Thanks to them, we had it fixed in no time flat and have added that to our monthly services they offer. Renting the system, was much more economical than buying. Love their family and personal approach to business!!

The two gentlemen that installed our system were very professional, accomadting and neat. After the installation there was a noticeably different taste to our water. The old smell and chlorine smell were gone. The water actually tasted good. I was positive that I would be calling [redacted] and getting an R O system installed. However this water actually taste better than RO water. I can't believe the difference the carbon filter has made. Totally satisfied with our system thus far. Great folks to deal with. They actually listen to your needs and will do everything necessary to accommodate them. Would highly recommend them.

I have used Boyett's for several years. When I moved last year, there was a water softener already installed. It failed last week and I returned to the Boyett's tank replacement service. When they came to do the installation they found some funky plumbing and they fixed the problem and installed the system without difficulty. The installer was courteous and efficient.

I have lived in the [redacted] area for seven years, and have been very unhappy with the hard water, which results in calcium deposits around my faucets, in the pipes, and in sinks and toilets. My shower doors were always spotted and very hard to clean, and my dishes, most noticeably my glasses, were always spotted. I shopped around before I chose the company I wanted to install our reverse osmosis. When I called Boyett I talked to a family member and I liked that. My husband I were tired of traipsing to the store to fill our water bottles. I have health issues and drink a lot of water. Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning was a pleasure to deal with. The water softener installation was scheduled in advance and proceeded on time with no issues. A minor hiccup with payment was quickly and easily fixed with a quick phone call to their polite and knowledgeable assistant.

I am recently widowed and was at a loss of what to do with the Water softener in my garage. After trying to lift 50lb bags of salt into the container I realized I just couldn't continue to do this any longer. I placed a call to the Boyett's. They can out right away and took time to explain everything to me and suggested a system that had no salt usage. I had a Filtersorb sp3 unit put in and I am so glad I did.
