I've been this company for over 1 years and they are the greatest. They all come out to replace my equipment every yr and I was having some financial hard ship and they worked with me. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I am a new customer to the Boyett Family Company because of their professional knowledge as well as friendly and prompt service. After a referral from another customer because I was not satisfied with the prior company, the Boyett representative exceeded my expectations. My experience with Boyett has been positive from the first phone call. They are pleasant, straight forward and helpful.

The installer show show up when scheduled. I asked to be called 20 minutes before their arrival so I could limit time away from work. They called as asked. Installation was efficient and cost was what was quoted.

How do I explain the exceptional experience I had with Boyett? I had a question about water treatment and when I called I received more information than I ever expected. After my enlightening conversation, I decided to upgrade my water system.

Then came the installation......OH MY!! [redacted] arrived on time and with his usual smile from ear to ear. He had all the material he needed and did a wonderful job installing the new system and servicing my RO system. Everything was clean and he triple checked for leaks.

The Boyett Company came out when they said they would and performed the contracted work to our satisfaction without any leftover mess. The price was reasonable based on other quotes and the results were superior. The time to complete the job, which was extensive, was shorter than anticipated with no short cuts. This company has some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Professional and reliable. Called me every step of the way. Even reminder calls about the upcoming appointments and verification on what I am getting. I am very please with the product. I want to say that I have a sensitive palette since I cant drink tap water without vomiting. Drank a nice full glass after they installed it and ran the system for a bit. It was great to finally be able to drink good clean water.

We would highly recommend Boyetts. They are on time every month with our delivery calling ahead to make sure if we need anything extra. Their delivery rep [redacted] has the greatest attitude and ALWAYS offers to replace the bottle if he notices it is low. Being older this is such a pleasant surprise from a young person. [redacted] has always arrived happy and never complains about his job, company or the heat. We receive several delivery's a day and believe me it is refreshing with [redacted] in great comparison to other company's and their employees. Thank you Boyetts.

I recently had my water softener installed in my new house by the Boyett Family Rayne Water Company and I was very impressed on their knowledge of the product and how they conduct business. [redacted] Boyett met me at the house for a consultation and right away he suggested to meet around 6:30 PM, which is pretty rare for most companies. [redacted] mentioned that he was aware that late afternoon/early evening was easier for most people because they are not at work and don't have to be inconvenience. It was with this comment when I realized that I was going to do business with them. My installation was quick and perfect! I would recommend their services to everyone.

I have used Boyette Family Rayne Water conditioning for almost 15 years. They did my original install of my water softener and RO system. Since there was no existing loop, there was a lot of additional work that had to be done then. This entailed visiting an unfinished home and learning the best place to install the drain line and supply lines. Their work was excellent. Fast forward 14 years when my water softener has finally lived out its life. I contacted Boyette again and they were able to come out the same day to replace and do the leased service. I was so impressed with their personal service that I do not even consider other options. Lately, I had a water heater casualty and again Boyette, was able to get service to me immediately so we would have hot water the same day. Their technicians are always polite and professional. I love working with this family owned business.

I've been using the services of Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning for years with excellent results. As my RO system entered the end of its lifecycle, I stopped by the Boyett office to talk about options. [redacted] and [redacted] are class-acts. They explain options exceptionally well, are very upfront on the costs, and use absolutely no pressure allowing you to make an informed decision after reviewing all options. I decided to lease a new alkalinity RO system. Although I typically don't lease anything, it clearly made sense in this case given the cost of the initial investment to purchase the unit and the yearly service fees. With the lease, I had no large up-front costs, they cover the annual service, and if it leaks, they take responsibility (although my previous Boyett RO and soft water systems never leaked, I appreciate the peace of mind). Best of all, when the unit reaches the end of its lifecycle, Boyett changes it out automatically. When it came to install the new RO unit, the tech was excellent. He took substantial time to answer all of my questions not only about the system, but about treated water in general. While he was at my home, he went ahead and performed an inspection on my soft water system and ended up changing out the flexible water lines not because they were leaking, but to ensure they DON'T leak. These guys at Boyett have a level of integrity that is unsurpassed. Go with them and you won't be disappointed.
