I heard about Boyetts reverse osmosis system from a friend. I tried the water and loved it. Especially when I found out about the Ph. The service was superb. Phone calls were returned promptly and emails were often used to follow up on contacts. I can't remember in recent years having such a conscientious company to work with. They were superb. Quite a pleasure to be able to write a review for this company and would be happy to speak to anyone about the experience we had

I am a new customer to the Boyett Family Company because of their professional knowledge as well as friendly and prompt service. After a referral from another customer because I was not satisfied with the prior company, the Boyett representative exceeded my expectations. I learned more about soft water systems in 30 minutes from [redacted] than I had from other companies over 20 years in three locations. Installation of the system was efficient and quick with no issues at all. Kudos to the team.

This was the second time I purchased a product through this company. Both times were positive.

This is the second time we contracted with Boyett for both installation and monthly soft water rental services. Their customer service, communications and response time are stellar. The equipment installation was extremely professional and the water conditioning services are very good. I would recommend Boyett over any of the national companies.

How do I explain the exceptional experience I had with Boyett? I had a question about water treatment and when I called I received more information than I ever expected. After my enlightening conversation, I decided to upgrade my water system.

Then came the installation......OH MY!! [redacted] arrived on time and with his usual smile from ear to ear. He had all the material he needed and did a wonderful job installing the new system and servicing my RO system. Everything was clean and he triple checked for leaks.

My experience with Boyett has been positive from the first phone call. They are pleasant, straight forward and helpful.

The installer show show up when scheduled. I asked to be called 20 minutes before their arrival so I could limit time away from work. They called as asked. Installation was efficient and cost was what was quoted.

I have received excellent service from Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning. And would recommend them to anyone. My parents also had them for many year's with no issues.

We would highly recommend Boyetts. They are on time every month with our delivery calling ahead to make sure if we need anything extra. Their delivery rep [redacted] has the greatest attitude and ALWAYS offers to replace the bottle if he notices it is low. Being older this is such a pleasant surprise from a young person. [redacted] has always arrived happy and never complains about his job, company or the heat. We receive several delivery's a day and believe me it is refreshing with [redacted] in great comparison to other company's and their employees. Thank you Boyetts.

I recently had my water softener installed in my new house by the Boyett Family Rayne Water Company and I was very impressed on their knowledge of the product and how they conduct business. [redacted] Boyett met me at the house for a consultation and right away he suggested to meet around 6:30 PM, which is pretty rare for most companies. [redacted] mentioned that he was aware that late afternoon/early evening was easier for most people because they are not at work and don't have to be inconvenience. It was with this comment when I realized that I was going to do business with them. My installation was quick and perfect! I would recommend their services to everyone.
