I found this company while following one of their techs on the freeway in a company truck and called them to inquire about their service. I feel like I found a hidden family gem of a business. They installed my Reverse Osmosis water system in my house on 3/28 and I am VERY pleased with the professionalism and their customer service so far!! They are prompt, friendly and provide service above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to order their water softening system for my whole house too if my HOA would allow it. I am excited to be a customer and look forward to long term service with Boyett Family Rayne Water. I highly recommend them.

Been very happy with their continued service over the years. Started with a unit they installed with my new home. Provided good uninterrupted service. Then they called on me to let me know the high chlorine content my water company was using and how it could fatigue my unit. They spent the time and patience to lay out all my options and the benefits and costs for all. I was not pressured in any way and fely that I was treated with respect and honesty. Prior to moving to AZ I called around looking to rent a water softener upon our arrival. Many companies dismissed me and when they found out we were renting, they stated they couldn't help me because I didn't own the home. Then I called Boyett - what a breath of fresh air - pleasant, helpful and willing to service us in Gilbert. We started with them in 2012 and are still going strong in 2014. We just bought a new home and we WILL be using Boyett again. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgable technicians and fantastic tasting water! Don't mess with the other guys - start out right with Boyett, you won't be disappointed.

I have had service with this company for about five years now. They bought the company with whom I had my RO drinking water and from whom I had purchased our soft water system back in 2007. At first, I was skeptical about them because I had a great relationship with the former company. However, over the years, they have exceeded expectation in product and especially in their customer service.
They are really nice people and each time I call their number, I can be sure someone will pick up the phone, and listen patiently. For three years, they asked me to replace my soft water system. For three years I weighed the pros and cons. Each time, they would listen, give me the same suggestions without making me feel that I was wasting their time rehashing old issues.
I am completely happy with the company. By the way, we finally rented their soft water system. Though our system was still working (for a seven-year-old technology), I felt the difference in the new system as soon as I turned on the tap! :-)

This week, I had my yearly reverse osmosis system replacement through Boyett Family Rayne Water in [redacted], AZ. [redacted], the technician came out and installed my new unit and tank within 20 minutes. Not only was he courteous and efficient, but was friendly as well. Troy, the service manager even moved my service up when a problem came up that I had to take care of that day. All in all, Boyett's is a wonderful company to deal with. I've had nothing but good experiences with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We just moved to our second house in the Phoenix area and we wanted to use Boyett water service again. They just installed our new equipment and we had some added filtration put in. It works great and our water tastes great. It is so much better for our fixtures as well. The installation crew was friendly and professional. We are very happy with Boyett.

We have been working with the Boyett Family for years and when it was time to install an RO system in our home they were the first call. We already have a soft water system installed by them and [redacted] came over for a visit and described the process. He felt really bad that he forgot the water samples and made a special trip later that day (8pm) just to make sure we got to taste the water that day! It tasted great and we setup a time for install. The unit was installed professionally which I was worried about as we have a large single piece of granite island that would be impossible to repair. Everything works great and I would recommend the Boyett family to anyone.
