Great service and great water softener, would recommend to all!

We have had this water system a year and a half. We wanted to make sure it was

really good before writing a review. This is the best system we ever had. We had

another water system with a major company, we had continual problems and the

tech couldn't fix the system. We decided to go with Boyett and it's the best decision

we ever made. We have had soft water since day one.. we highly recommend this

system.

We have been very happy with our new water softener & reverse osmosis system. We had thought about getting one for a while, and now that we have I have no clue how we waited so long. We noticed the change almost instantly! After weighing out the options of purchasing the unit or rented it seemed like a no brianer to go with Boyette. Working with the company has been so easy. They were very helpful and more than willing to answer any and all questions we had! Have already recommended their services!

This is our 1st experience with Boyett Family. I saw their truck in our park and inquired about their water softners. After a short conversation with them via phone, an appt was set & they promptly installed our monthly rental unit. Everyone was very courteous and their installation is very professional.

Our experience with Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning couldn't have been better. We needed a new water softener. From our first telephone contact, who was most courteous, knowledgeable and professional (an excellent first impression of the company),to the gentleman who was able to 'squeeze us in' for an appointment, to the technician who installed the unit and explained its functions most efficiently--the entire process was extremely pleasant (almost surprising!) from beginning to end. We have been a customer since 2005 and could not be happier with our service on our RO system and water softener. The technicians, installers and annual maintenance care has been without flaw. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of detail, professionalism and care of our home (they wipe up every single drop of water) during their procedures and leave no trace of work behind when they leave. After many years of great Reverse Osmosis service for our drinking water, we decided to get the descaling filters for our whole house. Boyetts accommodated our shifting schedule and the installer did a great job working around the bushes we had by the side of the house so that the unit is completely hidden from view. So far we are delighted with the unit. Our showers are better than ever (and we may even be using a little less shampoo).

We are recent transplants from the East Coast (NY) We had the some of the best water in the country there. Upon settling in AZ, we were introduced to the realities of "hard" water. I researched several companies in the attempt to resolve the hard water.
Luckily, we found Boyett’s Rayne Water online. [redacted] came to our residence to make an excellent presentation about the benefits of replacing our "old" whole house water softener and the benefits of their RO system. We now have silky smooth water to wash with and delicious tasting and safe water to drink. We now do not have to purchase bottled water from the store. The economics of this prove out that this is the way to go.
I would not hesitate doing business with Boyett's as everything that was promised was completed as stated.

These guys are great! I have a rental water softener and RO system. These devices work great! I also had a rental water recirculation device which did not meet our needs. Boyett removed this device at no additional charge. In addition, our need may be an instant water heater. This device is not in Boyett's wheelhouse. [redacted] called me, explained that Boyett does not install instant water heaters, and provided references to two family-owned plumbers in our area. Great service!

I am very satisfied with the quality and taste of the water that has been provided from Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning. I have been able to eliminate the bottled water that costs so much monthly and has terrible after taste!!! Now I am able to drink clean, clear refreshing water that makes me feel much better~ I really can tell the difference in quality of water and highly recommend this company to everyone! I have done much research, trial and error and this is by far the best available. I am considering promoting for the company! The referral program is a major perk that others do not offer~ This opportunity has changed my life and improved my life for the better. We have only had our softener and RO system for two weeks but are already enjoying the soft silky water and clean tasy drinking water.
