I have been a customer of Boyett Family Rayne Water for the past 15 years. I recently had a problem with my system. I made a phone call and someone came out the next day and explained the problem. I had a new system installed in 2 hours. The employee's were very knowledgeable. I would recommend the company to my friends and neighbors

We initially had a water filtration system installed in 2007. We had been very happy with the product and service. Just recently we installed a new system and are now renting the system because I felt like the price was reasonable. Also, the company is responsible for all service. The technician was professional, courteous and informative. I would recommend this company.

Called Boyett regarding my dislike for the "slimy" feeling conventional soft water conditioners produce. The unit was quickly changed out a few days later for a carbon filter unit. The installer explained everything before he left and now I'm very happy with not only the water but the service rendered. Would recommend to anyone.

I am recently widowed and was at a loss of what to do with the Water softener in my garage. After trying to lift 50lb bags of salt into the container I realized I just couldn't continue to do this any longer. I placed a call to the Boyett's. They can out right away and took time to explain everything to me and suggested a system that had no salt usage. I had a Filtersorb sp3 unit put in and I am so glad I did. No salt, no up keep, and my dishes are clean once agian. Thank you to Hayden Boyett for your time and help.

They arrived 10 minutes early, the install took about an hour, and now we are enjoying alkaline water daily, and going 'green' because we gave up plastic bottled water for this healthier version. We use stainless steel bottles now!

My experience with the installation of my water system is very positive. The gentleman who installed my system was very friendly, very clean with the installation and very helpful with explaining how the system worked with my new refrigerator. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a good water company!

We were very pleased with the quick service to get our conditioner installed and also with the improvement in our water quality. We should have done this years ago! We are also pleased with the pricing scheme that is geared toward snowbirds who are only here on a seasonal basis.

We have used this service for forty years, ten in [redacted], and 30 in [redacted]. They have always provided good service and when a problem has come up, they fixed it immediately. No pressure, but good advice. We use leased equipment and are now moving to [redacted]. They installed soft water there within one day of our request. We will continue with leased service for our convenience since we do travel and they will suspend service to us when we are not home. Family friendly, I would always recommend them.

We have been thinking about installing a softener for some time now, and have done a lot of research. I was referred to Boyett and [redacted] specifically by someone else. [redacted] came out and spent a lot of time answering questions. When we decided to move forward, his team called me the very next day to schedule installation. The installer, [redacted], came on time (but was kind enough to call first to confirm his ETA), and did a great job. Not only did he do the install, but he spent time at the end to clean up after himself. I hate to say this, but that is a rarity from installers we have had in the past. Most importantly, though, since this is our first experience with a softener, he spent extra time showing us what we needed to do and check on a regular basis. He didn't just give us instructions, but instead asked follow up questions to ensure that he felt comfortable that he knew we understood. Thank you to the "Boyett family" for making our purchase such a nice one.

I was extremely happy with the professional and courteous servcie that was provided by Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning. They worked with my schedule and were very prompt in getting back to me if I had to leave a message. They ended up having to install a loop system that required trenching part of my front yard. When I returned it didn't look like they ever had to touch my yard and there was no mess left in my garage or my carport. I would highly recommend this business.

But even better is their product knowledge, customer service and willingness to satisfy. After moving from our previous home, in which we had rented a water softener, and had the water filter system with the cooled water, we chose to continue using their services for our new home. We advised our son to look into their products for his family's new home, and he is very pleased with their services as well.

Without fail, he provides a solution that works for us. Whether it is an outright purchase, which we did for our first two homes, or they new rental agreements they offer for our newest home. We are now renting a water softener, a reverse osmosis (with alkaline), and a hot-water recycler. All these allows us to save money on soap, bottled water, and water usage. If we move again, we will definitely contact [redacted] again!
