My initial contact was at a friends home while Boyetts were servicing their RO system. I called for information and got a good explanation of their service. We scheduled an install. They called to confirm everything then shortly before the install they called and told me things I could simply do to expedite the process. They arrived on time, we're professional about their work, and not only did we have a followup call but emails explaining our status. They did everything I could have expected and beyond. I wish all businesses were that precise.

I appreciate the fact that this company answers the phone and follows up on what they say they are going to do. We have used them for 7-8 years now and really enjoy their services. I would recommend them to anyone looking for water services.

My wife and I just recently built a home in the Mesa area and being a transplant from the midwest I had lots of questions regarding water quality and hardness, etc. The more research I did the more confused I got...until I contacted the Boyett's. They were amazingly well educated in the specific needs in this area and the technology to meet those needs. Add courteous customer service and an excellent installer and you have a company that knows what its doing and does it well. Kudos!

The fact of the matter is that I really don't have too much to say, and that's a good thing. My coffee shop has been in a pinch with their water filtration for 2 years now, trying to find the right solution. I called Boyett's about their rental equipment and they told me everything I needed to know, a quote, and an installation date in five minutes.

The installer came out installing both of the systems in both businesses. He recommended we install a higher flow membrane on site, and did it for us. None of his recommendations were over the top. He installed the ability to upgrade the water system, because he noticed our ice machine may create an issue.

Sure enough, that Monday.....we needed to increase the tank. With prices low enough, it's affordable to increase the tank, and his advice was sound, but he did not recommend anything over the top.

Overall, renting from Boyett's will save you money. We probably would forget to do our maintenance. We probably wouldn't have the expertise, or the professionalism of these guys.

With a company this good it's hard to go wrong!

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Boyetts. From the first phone call to their office I was treated like family, they were more than helpful and extremely pleasant. They installed my system and did an exceptional job doing so, I immediately noticed a difference in the water quality at my home. I found this company online and I really like there business model. Instead of selling you equipment that will eventually need to be replace they off there service, do all the maintenance, and remanufacture the units and the end of their life cycle. The is a truly sustainable business and a great benefit for our environment. My daughter graduated from the School of Sustainability at ASU and was very impressed by what this company is doing. They came out within a day of the request for service and had the units installed and running that first week. A family owned small business that takes care of there customers and the environment. I have two RO systems and a water softener. Every time I have called over the years, they have promptly scheduled a service and resolved the issue. I also love the fact that they routinely service the equipment always ensuring we have good drinking water and clean soft water. From the first moment of contact I found this company to be friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of my exact need. There was no high pressure sales, as I tried to discern which company I would go with to provide me with a water softening unit. Their website was very informative and so in the end I decided to go with Boyett Rayne Water. The customer account set up was easy and the promises made to have it delivered on a certain day and time was met percisely. The delivery /install guy was friendly and gave a brief introduction to the tank and how to set on bypass, if needed. The whole experience was a very pleasant one and the performance of the water softening unit is outstanding! Within 1 - 2 days I could "feel" the difference in the water! I must admit I had my 'doubts', at first, that this company and system was ALL that it's website proclaimed & at the price it was stated to cost because you know how the old saying goes..."if it sounds too good to be true then it must be!" Well, I have no problem in saying, "I was wrong in my thinking". It IS all that they say it to be and I am glad that I followed through with Boyett's Rayne Water! I have already begun telling friends and acquaintances about the wonderful results with my water since I rented the Boyett Rayne Water conditioner tank for the season. Had a great softening system installed at my home by Boyett's and am very pleased. Pleasant and professional with an emphasis on customer service.

The gentleman (and he really was a gentleman) who installed my softener did his job professionally.He my answered questions about the new softer so I understood them. I have been with the Boyett family since 2005. I also have an RO for the water with them. Both are on rental. This is a great way to do service. I no longer tuck a little money aside here and there for when one of them brakes down. It's just a small monthly fee.The RO water was worth it by it's self. We used to spend about 25-30 a month buying water plus the hassle to get it. For just about that a month you can have you can have that at your faucet.
