I recently had a RO and water softener installed in my new home. I have used Boyette Water for many many years on all of my rental properties along with my personal house. As usual the service was top notch and the install went great. I used to be a buyer of my equipment but since meeting [redacted] and understanding the cost of purchasing a system versus renting from them, I am a hooked and very satisfied customer. I agree with all the other Boyett customers, that they are exceptional when it comes to customer service. Their water purification system has extremely benefited my whole family. My family and our garden drink ONLY Boyett purified water.

Had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed a few weeks back and what a difference. Boyett was in contact with me and verified the installation date and time and they were bang on. My parents had been customers for a while now, so I thought I would give them a shot at our new home. I couldn't be happier with the service and installation. Installation was very fast and done well. The installer walked me through the function of the system as well so I knew how all the components worked and how to use it.

I am renting a softener and RO system and am very happy! I can actually drink water from my fridge now and it tastes great! If you have lived in Gilbert/Chandler, you know how bad the tap water can be. This was probably the best money I have spent on the new house so far!

My water softener recently failed, dumping resin into my plumbing, and Boyett's general manager called me back well before normal business hours and their crew came to the rescue that same day. The installation of both water softener and reverse osmosis system was efficient and the installers both courteous and informative. No leaks and no trouble. They helped me flush out the old resin and unclog the toilet valves, adjusted my pressure regulator, and helped get all else back in order with much less hassle than I might have expected. I'm not typically into renting, but given no time to do my usual research and my less than stellar history with these systems, I appreciate handing over the concern and that, should I change my mind, that I'm not locked in. In all, my experience so far has been very positive and I would recommend to anyone looking for water conditioning in a hurry and/or without worry.

I have been a customer of Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning since 1995 and have found their service to be outstanding. I recently switched out my old salt tank to their Filtersorb conditioner and cannot praise it enough. It not only does not put unhealthy salt in the water, it removes chlorine and best of all, I truly enjoy a glass of water now and will no longer need to buy bottled water to have a decent tasting glass of water, Their installation was on time, professionally installed and all questions answered. We had a RO system and a home softener system. When it needed repair, Rayne Water was quick to respond and sent a tech that installed a new systems. Work was completed quickly and neatly. A review of the system and what I should do if there is a problem was reviewed before he left. Nice to have soft water and great tasting drinking water again. Thank you Boyett Family!

We took advantage of their new rental R.O. system and feel that this is an excellent way to increase the alkalinity in our water which has numerous health benefits plus the cost of the rental program is less than the overall maintenance costs of our own system. We feel this gives us the best chance not to have problems. Their service technician is great. We have had him service our old system several times. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

The technician who completed the installation of both an RO and softener systems who very professional and completed the work in a neat and appropriate manner and made sure we knew what to do and expect from the systems.

We have just moved to a new home and had a system we didn't reconized . So we called Boyett family water because we've have had them for six and a half years in our previous home and never had a problem. Can always depend on them for great service.

My parents use Boyett for both the under counter RO system and for the water softener rentals... We just moved here and into a house 20 years old that has never had treated water... needless to say - our pipes are full of deposits, our water is gross and extremely hard. After speaking with [redacted], he was able to come out (late at that to accommodate our schedules)and to give us the run-down. We didn't really want a water "softener but he had our solution with the Filtersorb - it gives us the better quality water we wanted, but will help our pipes too (without the added sodium and slickness from a softener) which is what we wanted. We were going out of town for the weekend, but he was able to send the installation person on a Friday morning and he was done way before we had to leave. There was potential for him to have to mess up our stucco on the exterior of our home to get the system installed, but he went up into the attic and cut a hole in the dry wall inside of the garage instead (so much happier about this - we can fix drywall) and in case we did have to mess with the stucco, he had a reference that we would have used if we had to... anyway... we had the system installed in a couple of hours, nothing on the exterior of our garage had to be done, we have a beautiful couple of tanks in our garage, he cleaned up his mess and the paperwork was a breeze... knowing that in four years, they will replace it for free is pretty awesome, and knowing if there are any issues between now and then is also pretty awesome. We were happy with the install price and we are happy with the monthly fee. Our water tastes better and I am happy that (eventually) our pipes will be in better shape and the accumulation will be greatly reduced... they also gave my parents a $50 credit for referring us... cool & easy company to work with.

I have been with Boyett’s for over five years. Their service is as advertised. My Osmosis system is replaced every year and they call to schedule. My softner system was replaced at four years. Can’t beat that. It is wonderful not having to be concerned with taking care of water conditioning equipment. The office staff is pleasant and courteous. They don’t hide the owner like lots of companies; many times they just say “why don’t you talk to [redacted] about that”. [redacted], the owner is all about excellent customer service. If you want conditioned water, Boyett’s is the company that you’ll want to use.
