Great company I had service Technician [redacted] install a water softner and reverse osmosis to the house. Very knowledgeable and quick. He answered all of my questions. Made sure system was working before he left the house. I would recommend this company to anyone .

We recently had a water softener installed by Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning. Our installer was very professional, competent, and efficient. He explained fully how to "use" our water softener. Although it has only been less than a week, we have noticed a very positive change in our water. We are looking forward to continued soft water. Have been very satisfied with my soft water system. It is very affordable and reliable and reduces the wear and tear on my water heater system. The staff at Boyett is also very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend them for your soft water system needs.

Replaced our traditional water softener with a Filtersorb environmental friendly unit. Installation was quick and simple. The technician also found during final testing that our home pressure regulator was bad likely savings us from a disaster. We noticed immediately that the hot water is now "hotter" and the water looks clearer.

I made a on line inquiry to Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning as I was having trouble with my water softener.

I made an appointment for him to come to my home and check my existing system which he did. He was very honest with me in that he found my water softener was producing soft water and my reverse osmosis system was also working. Even though everything was working I was so impressed with the Boyett's Rayne non salt water filtration system and their rental program which he showed how it will actually save you money I had them install the system along with their reverse osmosis system. I was replacing systems that were working but past thier expected life expectancy. [redacted] even gave me a 30 day period to use the system and if unhappy they would take it out. [redacted] is a very personable guy with a no pressure style.
The system was installed about 3 days later and the installer was very personable and professional. After installation he made sure I understood how it worked.

I had a reverse osmosis drinking water treatment set up in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the timeliness and professional service I received. The gentleman was on time , he actually called about 15 minutes before he arrived just to assure me about the time he would be at my home. Prior to the installation everything was explained to me in detail just to make sure that I understood how the system would work. The only suggestion I would have is that the installers would have a disposable paper booty over there shoes so they are not tracking dirt on the carpeting and flooring.

Recently had our second system installed we have had the other one for over 10 years it was here before we bought the house. Very happy with the previous system and the new one just installed.

I made an appointment to install it and Monday morning Johnny Unit#4 came out and installed Ros under my sink, then he installed the water softener outside and took pride in his workmanship it looks GREAT.The next day I had a question and they came out immediately to address my concern and again explained more thorough how the reverse osmosis system worked.Thanks
