I have been with Boyett for about six years and never had bad experience. This year I added a soft water unit and the install was quick, clean and very professional.
I highly recommend Boyett Water Conditioning.

Replaced our traditional water softener with a Filtersorb environmental friendly unit. Installation was quick and simple. The technician also found during final testing that our home pressure regulator was bad likely savings us from a disaster. We noticed immediately that the hot water is now "hotter" and the water looks clearer.

We've had their water softener and RO system for three months now. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The customer service is excellent -- thorough, timely, clean and pain-free installation. The quality of our water is excellent, the RO water tastes great, and our ice cubes are clear.

I made a on line inquiry to Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning as I was having trouble with my water softener.
[redacted] responded very quickly and explained their system to me and also emailed me several documents on their system.
I made an appointment for him to come to my home and check my existing system which he did. He was very honest with me in that he found my water softener was producing soft water and my reverse osmosis system was also working. Even though everything was working I was so impressed with the Boyett's Rayne non salt water filtration system and their rental program which he showed how it will actually save you money I had them install the system along with their reverse osmosis system. I was replacing systems that were working but past thier expected life expectancy. [redacted] even gave me a 30 day period to use the system and if unhappy they would take it out. [redacted] is a very personable guy with a no pressure style.
The system was installed about 3 days later and the installer was very personable and professional. After installation he made sure I understood how it worked.

We've always wanted a water softener & good water from the sink to drink.. A friend from work recommended Boyett's. When he told me the owner comes out on 1st visit..consolation. I was hooked no one comes to you're door anymore.I believe after meeting with [redacted] He'd come very time if need be. He was very understanding to our needs of a budget & time. This is the second time we contracted with Boyett for both installation and monthly soft water rental services. Their customer service, communications and response time are stellar. The equipment installation was extremely professional and the water conditioning services are very good. I would recommend Boyett over any of the national companies.

I heard about Boyetts reverse osmosis system from a friend. I tried the water and loved it. Especially when I found out about the Ph. The service was superb. Phone calls were returned promptly and emails were often used to follow up on contacts. I can't remember in recent years having such a conscientious company to work with. They were superb. I had a reverse osmosis drinking water treatment set up in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the timeliness and professional service I received. The gentleman was on time , he actually called about 15 minutes before he arrived just to assure me about the time he would be at my home. Prior to the installation everything was explained to me in detail just to make sure that I understood how the system would work. The only suggestion I would have is that the installers would have a disposable paper booty over there shoes so they are not tracking dirt on the carpeting and flooring.

This was the second time I purchased a product through this company. Both times were positive.
