Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning installed the original water conditioning equipment in this house years before we bought the house. We continued to do business with this company and have not regretted that decision. We recently changed out our salt system for the non-salt system and really love it. Actually since we traded out the salt system my hair is now squeeky clean...it hasn't been that way since we left Oregon in 2002. I didn't know you could have really clean water in AZ until we traded our salt system for the non-salt system. I highly recommend the non-salt water conditioning offered by Boyett.

I am truly happy with the level of service that Boyett provide with replacing my old water system. When I called to inquiry about their systems, I was really surprised about how their lease program works. Comparing the costs between leasing and not having to worry about cost of repairs or replacements and the cost of buying a whole house system that would have to be replaced in about six years. When their tech came to install the system, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me how everything works from the leak detector under the sink to how to shut off the softner if a problem ever occurs. He also let me know that my kitchen faucet was leaking, which I did not know. He left everything in a very clean and orderly fashion when he was done with the installation. I am so happy with the service that I am truly looking forward to referring others to Boyett with the knowledge that they will be truly taken care of in a very professional manner.

We live in the city of Maricopa, we just bought a house that had a water softener already installed that had been on bypass. of course we wanted soft water, so we took it off bypass and our water pressure dropped. We were told it was because the resin was starting to clog our pipes. We called Boyett because we didn't know we could rent a water softener. They explained the whole rental process and upon the delivery the installer was polite and very knowledgeable about the water softening system he was installing. They took the old, so we didn't have to dispose of it.

I called boyetts to come out and change my filters on my 18 year old RO system unit it was suggested that I try their newer unit that they install and maintain for a monthly fee. I was happy with the installation the cleanliness of the install and the willingness of boyetts to work with me On a time to come out and install the new unit.

I have been with Boyetts Rayne since 1970, which covers 3 homes. I am still happy with them.

I called Boyett Rayne Water Company and within a week I had an appointment to meet with Hayden. He met with me on time and spent over 30 min. explaining the different types of water conditioning service they offered. He was very helpful and easy to talk with.

I ordered a water conditioner and it was set up the next week. Installation went well and in a location that is protected.

The Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning company gave us top-notch service from start to finish. We got a call 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm give us a time slot and to confirm our address. They were in and out of our house within a few hours and the best part is, we are now drinking purified water with Alkaline!
