Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning

Today I spoke with [redacted] the owner because he came recommended to me. He asked me a couple questions then put me on hold and transferred me to a sales rep. The sales rep sent a technician out to my home and after three minutes the technician looked at me and said we cannot work on your system because it is six years old. I then personally called [redacted] and asked him why I was not aware of this situation before you sent out a technician because he was wasting my time. He then tried to sell me on his full proof rental system. Not once did any of them ever tell me that they do not work on systems that are less than five years old until after the tech showed up. He preaches about being a business so long because he cares about nothing more than his customers/potential customers which is a load of crap. All [redacted] cares about is his top line revenue and how he can stick it to people. I would NEVER recommend using this company. Oh yeah by the way they still tried to charge me an $85 visit charge after three minutes of being at my home. We then settle for $42.50. I will say the technician was awesome very friendly and very understanding why I was so pissed off.

Boyett services my parents home since we moved to az in 1997 so when I purchased a home my dad suggested their services. The drinking water tastes good not at all like the regular tap water in az which is pretty funky tasting. The shower doesn't get corroded with lime or calcium build up so I'm happy I dont have to scrub that off all the time. The installation took a day, the workers were very professional and cleaned up their mess. they kept me informed with the process as they were going along through the day.

We were very pleased with the Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning service. They came exactly when they said they would, their service was fast and high quality, and the information provided us was just what we needed. And, oh yes, our water is nicely soft. We love taking showers in soft water.

They came out for a free estimate and review of their old system on a home we just purchased. Very informative. We had the new system in and running in no time.

My parents recommended Boyett Family Rayne Water to me. My parents were always very happy with the service Boyett's provided. I called [redacted] to install a soft water system in my house. [redacted] was very helpful and the call was very educational. During the call [redacted] also explained the different systems they have and the different price plans they have. I immediately scheduled an appointment for them to come out and install the system. When the crew came out to install the system they were very professional and polite. The crew arrived on time and installed the water system. After installing the system they showed me how to maintain the system. I have had the system for a few months now and I will never get rid of it. Since Arizona has extremely hard water the systems Boyett provides, protects the pipes, and makes the drinking water a lot better. Thank you for everything!

Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning, was recommend to my girlfriend and I by a good friend that has and is currently renting equipment from Boyett for over 15 years. The way he would rave on how the service the people at Boyett was nothing but outstanding. So my girlfriend and I call, I spoke to [redacted] he explain who he was and what Boyett offered, not only explained the equipment and the workings, but sent me detailed information on the equipment and documentation on water quality just amazing. So [redacted] and I scheduled an appointment for a Monday. The technician was polite knowledgeable and explained in detail on how the equipment worked the maintenance and so on. So after the technician was done with everything and this is how good Boyett Technician are he found a problem and to be clear NOT WITH HIS WORK, but with the builder on my home the plumber hooked the cold water up wrong, but the builder of my home are very good as well and came out right away to fix the problem. So to wrap this up Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning is nothing but amazing the best water I have tasted for a long time.

When I purchased my home in 2013, I contacted Boyett to install a system. I recently had them install an additional RO system and change one. The service was quick and efficient and the installers walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Their systems are affordable.

We set up leased water softener and RO systems from Boyett Rayne. Everythign went smoothly and works well. I recommend them to others.

When we travel for long periods, they are always ready to accommodate our needs as to turn off/turn on services. They are one of very few businesses that charge a small amount for vacation service. I would highly recommend Boyett's for pre-plumb for soft water loop and soft water install. I even have a hose bib for soft water to wash the car! My water is so soft, no more itchy skin! [redacted] is very professional and promopt with service.

I requested information about the Rayne water system at my plumber's recommendation. I received an immediate response and tMr. [redacted] came to my home at my convenience to provide a thorough explanation of their system. He was very knowledgeable and Professional. I had the system installed in mid June by a delightful installer and have been amazed with the convenience and the change in my water. My dishwasher cleans dishes without extra additive and vinegar. I am using no softener in my washing machine and the residue on many water reservoirs is dissolving. I am very pleased and glad I don't need to deal with maintenance or salt.

I contacted the Boyett Family 2 years ago to have a water softener installed. I have never been so satisfied with a purchase before in my life. They are prompt, respectful and manage to have the greatest pricing structure through out the valley. I am very skeptical about purchasing anything so I do ALL of my research/price comparison before going ahead with any work. The Boyett Family had someone to my home the next business day to install the unit. I had MANY questions that the representative on the phone had to answer. He was very courteous and very thorough with me. I felt respected and did not feel rushed at all. That is how I knew I was choosing the right company. Even the technician was courteous and clean and also answered my questions as he explained the program. I greatly appreciate the service they have provided and would recommend them to ANYONE.
