Very Kind service and very professional. I have done business with this company a long time ago and returned because of that experience. Family run business is where its at for me.

I have been with Boyett Family Rayne Water for 18+ years in [redacted]. They are honest and have provided excellent service. My parents and in laws are also their custmers ever since they moved into the valley about 10 years ago. I recently switched to a rental water softener and the guy that installed the system has been with the company 30 years. It's nice to know that not only are the customers happy, but the employees are as well. In the 18 years, I have never had a problem with Boyett and am glad to have them as my water softener company.

We have used Boyett's for over 15 years, since we moved to AZ. We have been very happy with their service. They are very reliable and prompt. They are more than happy to help if you have a problem. They also service my daughter's house and will soon give a quote on my son's house. I think you would be happy with their work.

Although we have only had this a few hours, I was impressed by Boyett's installation crew. They did a very professional install of our water conditioning system this morning. There was also an immediate water quality difference. Prior to the install this morning, the water tasted horrible. Now there is no noticeable taste to the water. We are very pleased.

We are extremely pleased with Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning. Mr. Boyett came to our home and explained the options available to us. We signed up for a monthly rental of both a water softener system and an RO system. The installer came out to our home on schedule, and did an excellent job installing both units. He was professional and courteous. The systems function as they should, flawlessly, there are no leaks. Overall we are pleased for the following reasons: (1) The strong code of integrity communicated by Mr. Boyett, (2) The quality of the equipment, (3) The rental price for the two systems, (4) The service plan provided, (5) The $50 referral incentive for sending new customers to them, (6) The amount of information provided to us, and (7) Their overall attitude of wanting to serve their customers well.

Here is what we noticed:

the spot residue has left the bathroom faucets - the kitchen faucet is new

the build-up of white particles on the hall shower (which is uses everyday) is going away- hurrah!

the dishes from the dish washer are sparkling - no spots and we haven't changed any of the products we used

our clothes are feeling softer especially the wash cloths

the clothes are also smelling cleaner - we haven't changed laundry soap

"this is how our water used to be years ago and I thought we'd never see this again."

I've been a customer of Boyett Family Rayne Water for around 15 years. They are professional, courteous and supply high quality products. Recently, I had a problem caused by a plumber who did a poor job replacing a garbage disposal which resulted in water from my r/o system backing up into the dishwasher and then onto my kitchen floor. They sent their service person to remedy the situation and be sure that all connections were in place, even though it was not their responsibility. I highly recommend this company.

I have used this company in the past for an R.O. System with great results. My personal owned soft water system was in need of repair so I contacted them for info..Very professional and informative with no pressure to purchase...I did go with their system as a rental unit..very quick & professional install. They even informed me of a bad water pressure regulator at my house that I replaced myself and probably saved me hundreds in dollars by avoiding excessive pipe pressures..very good company..thx

Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning did an excellent job with installation. The installation technician arrived on time, he was dressed professionally and I felt very comfortable allowing him into my home for the initial installation. I would recommend this company to anyone considering water conditioning in their home in Arizona.

Most of all I think water quality is nice.

I am starting a new restaurant on [redacted] Rd.

When I took over that existing restaurant, someone stole water saftener and

cut all plumbing pipes.

I needed water ASAP so I called Boyett Family.

They came out to my restaurant the next day.

It was 115 degree outside but owner was checking all water pipes professionally

and diagnosed problems and gave me solution right away.

Their technicians (2 of them) came to my restaurant and installed brand new

system. I was down town and coudn't be there and they didn't even mention

about payment or installation fee.

Owner gave us 2 months of free service because I was remodeling and won't

be operating like usual water usage. Basically July and August free even they turned

water on beginig of June.

It was very nice, smooth, stress free service thru this water system company.
