After much research into whole house water filtration systems, decided on Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning. Hayden came to our house personally to give us information and answer questions. Decided on the "green water" system. The installation was easy and went well. The water now feels "cleaner" and not hard and no chlorine.

They came on time and were pleasant. Explained how the filter worked and installation was done without trouble.

A representative came to our home to replace our water filtration system on March 17. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. We had a reverse osmosis system installed in our home by Boyett Family Rayne Water and they are so friendly and helpful. This family business cares about other families and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend they be your first call on your list for any service. They looked at our water softening system and could of installed a new one but recommended waiting as there is still some life in the old system. Not many companies do that. We were about to replace our 4 year old dishwasher which was highly scaled from hard water with a stainless steel model. We just got our Reverse Osmosis system installed a week ago and we are very happy. We ditched the 5 gallon dispenser and this water tastes so much better. the technician was professional and knowledgeable. Plus I love the fact that it is maintenance free..they take care of it every year,or if something goes wrong..genius all for about the same cost as the bottled service, and you save the space of string water and the cooler.

Boyett recently installed a water softener and RO system. The experience was really great. The gentlemen that installed the unit were very friendly and nice. It was such a great experience.

We just replaced an existing water softener and reserve osmosis unit that were over 6 years old. Boyett Family was recommended by our builder. Very satisfied with the initial install process. From my first call to today's install I have experienced some of the best customer service in the industry. Received an install date, a day before reminder and 30 minutes prior to the technician arrival. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A dynamic duel water softener and alkaline reserve osmosis were installed. Look forward to using both.

Boyett has been wonderful from the first phone call I made to them. They came out and tested my water because I was interested in renting a soft water system. My family and I are very pleased with Boyett Raine Water. We decided to rent vs own due to the cost being cheaper over a period of 5 years. We are pleased with both the R.O unit and water softener. the water taste great, and I no longer have to buy cases of bottled water.
