We were very happy with our entire soft water installation process. The tech arrived within the timeframe provided and was finished within an hour. He answered all of our questions and made sure we didn't have any further questions when he left.

Our first encounter with Boyett Family Rayne Water was in January of 2014. We needed a water heater replaced and during this time I mentioned to the plumber we were having problems with our soft water system. He recommended we contact Boyett and they were nice enough to walk my husband through how to reset the system and get it working again and also they did not charge us to do so.
Fast forward to March 2014 our 7 year old Reverse Osmosis system springs a major leak. Because of the customer service we prevously recieved with Boyett we called them. [redacted] came to our home and was very thorough in helping us make the decision to repair or replace our system. There was no pressure the decision was all ours. After being informed of their program, how the company strives to stay current with new water technology, customer reviews and business longevity we opted to replace our Reverse Osmosis and our Water Softening Systems.
The installer arrived at his appointed time and was polite. The job was completed quickly and there was no mess leftover for me to have to clean up. As far as I can tell The system is working great! I have had no problems.
I feel this is an honest company with straight forward business dealings. I will not and would not hesitate to recommend the Boyett Family to anyone needing water systems. We hope to have a long relationsip with Boyett.

We had Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning install both a water conditioner and a RO system that is on their rental program. The installation was prompt and expertly installed. [redacted] and [redacted] (our installers) did an excellent job. The workmanship was neat, compact and timely. They removed our old equipment and left the area cleaner than when they arrived! They both had a great sense of humor and made the whole process enjoyable. We are currently enjoying the benefits of soft water and drinking crystal clear drinking water.

My family and I are very pleased with Boyett Raine Water. We decided to rent vs own due to the cost being cheaper over a period of 5 years. I took my time doing research with a lot of well known companies and looked at reviews. We are pleased with both the R.O unit and water softener. the water taste great, and I no longer have to buy cases of bottled water. I had a water softener installed on 4/2/15 by Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning and had great service. The installers Johnny and Brent arrived right on time, was professional, well mannered and explained everything they were going to do and answered all my questions. In less than a week I really love the water, dishes and glasses are not spotted, my skin is not itching and dry and am using much less soap and shampoo. Quickly learned to use like half of the laundry soap I was using for a load of laundry or the suds will be overflowing!! Hayden B[redacted] was right when he said having soft water is life changing. Great Company so far.

I am submitting a review because I received service that we really don't get anymore from most businesses. I made contact with Boyett Family Rayne Water from an add on one of their trucks. When I called I expected to get 100 diff prices and a lot of smoke just try to sell something, WRONG, I receive a courtliest answer and then passed to [redacted] head of sales a really good experience. I told them to install, they were here when they said they would, their Tech [redacted] was extremely professional and helpful with info we needed, my wife and I are extremely satisfied. We highly recommend their company.

I just wanted to acknowledge the great job that Boyett's Rayne Water did with the installation of our new Alkaline RO system.
