The technician was there exactly at the appt time and did a very nice job providing new filters and explaining the functionality of the system to us. My wife and I have been customers since February of 2014. We currently have the reverse osmosis water filtration system installed for our drinking water.We absolutely love this service. For a very low monthly fee we have been able to enjoy the best tasting and cleanest water available. Much better than any bottled water you can purchase at a grocery or convenience store. It is really a tenth of the cost for what we would pay monthly at a retail location for bottled water for a far superior product. There are no wasted plastic bottles either.

I really appreciate that this is a small, family operated company. Everyone is very friendly and courteous always without fail. They are always accessible by phone during business hours. Any and all requests have been promptly accommodated. This company really does an outstanding job of making us feel that we are valued customers. I am very glad I booked with the boyett family rayne water installation was smooth and explaination was excellent no mess or clean up thanks guys and very on time.

We had inherited Boyett Rayne supported water filtration and RO systems when we bought our house. We just replaced both systems with new ones and moved to the rental model. All the information I got on the available systems was communicated clearly and with no bias on one system or the other. The technician arrived on time, changed both systems fairly quickly. He was very courteous and professional. We are happy with both our systems and with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Boyett Rayne.

Our old salt water system was dead and was looking for a new solution. Called and left a message saying was I interested on Saturday morning and had a new salt less system install on Monday. Very quick to respond, answered all my questions and there was no high sales pressure to do something. Many of the other water companies use high scare tactics to try to get you to buy not the Boyett Family.

The new system was professionally installed with a higher grade material for all parts, no extra charge to add a hose connector so I can use the software to wash my cars now.

We just had our water filtering system installed last Friday. We are very happy with the new filtered water system. We noticed a difference immediately transitioning from hard hard water to soft water! We were given the choice to try the new system which filters the water (no salt to add or buy) or traditional water softening. We chose the filtered water and love it!
