The recent installation of a water conditioning system was performed very professionally. The technician was knowledgeable and very helpful, providing answers to several questions.

We are very pleased with the soft water in our unit, thus alleviating hard water stains on the taps and fixtures. We appreciate the friendly service of the employees when they change the tanks. Any time we call the office, it is great that we have an employee to talk to instead of an answering service.

We just had our water filtering system installed last Friday. We are very happy with the new filtered water system. We noticed a difference immediately transitioning from hard hard water to soft water! We were given the choice to try the new system which filters the water (no salt to add or buy) or traditional water softening. We chose the filtered water and love it! As always the service technician was excellent. He arrived when he said he would, very courteous, neat, and the job was completed quickly.

Today I spoke with [redacted] the owner because he came recommended to me. He asked me a couple questions then put me on hold and transferred me to a sales rep. The sales rep sent a technician out to my home and after three minutes the technician looked at me and said we cannot work on your system because it is six years old. I then personally called [redacted] and asked him why I was not aware of this situation before you sent out a technician because he was wasting my time. He then tried to sell me on his full proof rental system. Not once did any of them ever tell me that they do not work on systems that are less than five years old until after the tech showed up. He preaches about being a business so long because he cares about nothing more than his customers/potential customers which is a load of crap. All [redacted] cares about is his top line revenue and how he can stick it to people. I would NEVER recommend using this company. Oh yeah by the way they still tried to charge me an $85 visit charge after three minutes of being at my home. We then settle for $42.50. I will say the technician was awesome very friendly and very understanding why I was so pissed off.

I would definitely STAY AWAY from Boyett's Rayne water conditioning.

My husband and I have been happy customers of Boyett for a few months now. We are currently receiving the monthly water softener installation and have no complaints! Our old salt water system was dead and was looking for a new solution. Called and left a message saying was I interested on Saturday morning and had a new salt less system install on Monday. Very quick to respond, answered all my questions and there was no high sales pressure to do something. Many of the other water companies use high scare tactics to try to get you to buy not the Boyett Family.

The new system was professionally installed with a higher grade material for all parts, no extra charge to add a hose connector so I can use the software to wash my cars now.

From the first contact to the install everything went perfectly.

We had inherited Boyett Rayne supported water filtration and RO systems when we bought our house. We just replaced both systems with new ones and moved to the rental model. All the information I got on the available systems was communicated clearly and with no bias on one system or the other. The technician arrived on time, changed both systems fairly quickly. He was very courteous and professional. We are happy with both our systems and with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Boyett Rayne.

My new neighbor suggested Boyett's to me for soft water services and I am glad I took his advice. After contacting them [redacted] replied on a Sunday no less and was very pleasant. He did not pressure me in anyway and was very straight forward and knowledgeable. Once he gave me all of the facts on the service they would provide I scheduled an install for that week. [redacted] was in constant contact confirming the installation time the night before, as well as, calling to le me know the install tech was on his the day of. The install took less than an hour and the work looked flawless. Once the tech confirmed all was proper he went over the system with me, he as well was very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for soft water or RO services. Call them you won't be disappointed!
