I am submitting a review because I received service that we really don't get anymore from most businesses. I made contact with Boyett Family Rayne Water from an add on one of their trucks. When I called I expected to get 100 diff prices and a lot of smoke just try to sell something, WRONG, I receive a courtliest answer and then passed to [redacted] head of sales a really good experience. I told them to install, they were here when they said they would, their Tech [redacted] was extremely professional and helpful with info we needed, my wife and I are extremely satisfied. We highly recommend their company.

I wanted a water conditioning system that would provide healthier drinking water at all faucets for my family while at the same time did not waste water. After doing my research I went to Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning to see if they had a system that met my expectations and they did.

It not only meets my expectation but in many ways exceeds them, water tast better then bottled water, their is no chlorine smell and zero water waste.

We were looking for a solution for a water service for our business. Boyett's was very helpful in explaining all of the options available to us. They also provided a free inspection in advance to see if a Reverse Osmosis system was possible at our location. Customer service was great, and we are very pleased with our Reverse Osmosis system.

Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning did an excellent job replacing an old unit with one of there units. The info I received over the phone when inquiring about there system was very informative and not pushy. They made a convenient appointment in two days. The installer was on time, professional, and also very informative. We have had the unit installed for a week now, and the water is great. I received there name from a very satisfied neighbor and I can see why. I will definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with this company. They were referred to me by a neighbor and a plumber so I knew they must be good. Very friendly installer and boy am I happy with the quality of my water now. I had the water softener installed and now I have no water spots on my air dried dishes. I have already referred them to a different neighbor.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the Boyett Family and Team for the council and excellent install of a water conditioning system in our condo at Sunland Springs. [redacted] was extremely helpful and informative explaining his product and answering all of our questions. On the day of the actual install [redacted] (donot have his last name) continued in the same vane with an excellent installation of their system. He went the extra mile to put hardware exactly where I wanted it to maximize the space I had available. It was completed in minimal time including the data brief. I was completely pleased and following his advise I received condiioned water the next day.

I cannot say enough about the Boyeett Family Rayne Water Conditioning business. The first thing I will say is that their services are VERY reasonably priced!

I am new to this area and just closed on my first house. I am from South Carolina where hard water is not an issue and water from the tap tastes delicious. My wife's family lives in the area and on our many visits before moving I had to remark on how disgusting the water is from the tap, but how INCREDIBLE the RO water tasted. When we moved here there was no doubt we would be using the Boyett Family's services. The benefits of their water softening equipment to your skin and hair as well as the plumbing of your house should not go without mention either.

Upon moving here we became a one income family. I mentioned this to Hayden Boyett when setting up our service and he not only explained a way he could help reduce my installation charges, but also sent multiple links on potential job listings and companies in the area hiring for my wife. That type of thing is far and away greater than anything you would expect, even from a family run business.

Their technician came to install our system and he was very knowledgable and friendly. He has worked with the Boyett's for 12 years. That also says a lot about how they treat their workers.

So far so good. Had Boyett out last week to install a soft water system, and it seems to be working well. My husband made a comment that the water seemed "softer".....that what we are looking for!! Looking forward to whiter clothes....

We recently purchased a home with a water softener and RO system already in place. Boyett Family services matched the price the previous owners were paying and were quick to answer phone calls and provide the services we needed. This company is family owned and it is state of the art! Their water softner and RO system is installed in our home, and it really changed our lives! It makes our water in the shower much softer and the water we drink taste fantastic! They come out and check the filters and maintain all the equipment., it's a perfect system. I would recommend this company to anyone considering getting anew water softner system.

Excellent. Service. [redacted] was cordial and quick with the installation of the RO filter. He also provided tips for the refrigerator hookup for when the refrigerator arrived and prepared the connectors.
