We have had an RO system through Boyett's for a few years and recently added a softener system as well. The entire staff is professional and always answer questions fully and knowledgeably. Our installer was excellent and both systems work great.

They sent someone out only hours after we called to inquire. He was very friendly, not pushy at all and had answers to all of our questions. My wife and I never do anything like this, we sleep on everything, but we went forward with it right then and there. They scheduled us quick and all the installers were efficient and pleasant. There was one oversight and they accommodated us immediately and promptly. I would definitely use them again and refer them.

I had seen the Boyett Family vans on the road and was wanting to get a soft water system installed in my home. So, I looked them up online and was pleased with what I saw. I filled out the online info sheet and received a phone call right away. Hayden came out the next day and was very kind and didn't try to over sell me. He asked questions and listened to what I was looking for and gave the perfect suggestion. The installer was very efficient and attached the unit in a neat and space saving manner. The install procedure did not distrupt us at all. When the installer was done, he gave clear instructions and was on his way. Im very pleased with Boyett Family Rayne Water. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone they were very helpful on getting what I need to replace the old system on my house. The service tech came to the house on time and did a great job of removing the old system, re-plumbing for the new system and in just over an hour we had soft water. New to the area, and concerned about getting soft water installed promptly, as we could see what our unsoftened water was doing to our new appliances, etc. We contacted several companies and got ridiculous estimates, or else told flat out that it couldn't be done. Finally, someone suggested we contact Boyette Family Rayne Water, and they were out promptly, did a beautiful installation at an affordable price and we couldn't be happier. I had a very positive experience with both [redacted], who came out to discuss my desire for the salt free water conditioner and the (in my mind) possible difficult installation. I have a lot of stuff in my garage. The installer was very prompt and very informative of what he was going to do in the installation. He did an excellent job in the installation as well as the explanation of how the whole plumbing and bypass (if needed) system worked. Being of the 'Trust but Verify' generation, I purchased water test strips from the pet store (fish aquarium section). My baseline was the water in the backyard hose that did not get flushed, result=HARD 300 ppm. One week later, the water from my kitchen sink, result=SOFT 25 ppm. I opted for the filtration system over the traditional water softner and I felt the difference right away.

We have been Boyett customers for 13 years. We have both owned and also rented water softener units. They have been fantastic in all areas of the business without exception. Do not waste your time considering any other company. Boyett Family is the best!

We needed to replace our water softner and we're referred to Boyett's by our plumber. Upon calling and talking to Hayden for an extended period of time I decided to go with his recommendation of renting one rather than buying a unit. With a "no worry" warranty it was a great choice. The installer was polite, informative, very professional. After the work was completed, the area was completely clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a softner.

When my water softener stopped working, I decided that I wanted to make a change. I had a long discussion with the company manager about my options and decided on the best solution for my family. I wanted to have the chlorine removed from the water we shower with. I also wanted to stop adding salt to the water for several reasons :

1) The higher conductivity shortens the life of the water heater

2) Better for plants

3) Price and hassle of adding salt

I decided on the Filtersorb SP3 system for whole house water treatment. It has a carbon pre-filter which removes chlorine and other impurities. The system has a 5 year lifetime so I was concerned about the accumulation of gunk in the carbon filter. In response, Boyett Rayne provided a backwash system for the carbon filter at no extra cost. I decided to rent rather than purchase the system for a couple reasons :

1) There is no commitment so I can change my mind any time, to exchange to a different kind of system or just have it removed.

2) If anything goes wrong they will come out and remedy the problem at no extra charge

The installation went quite smoothly and the plumber answered all of my questions.

We now have healthy drinking water at all faucets in the house, including calcium and magnesium, but in a form that will not cause scale. We decided to keep our leased RO with alkalinity filter system for the time being, although it probably is not necessary. We have been using Boyett Rayne for 15 years and are happy with their products and service.
