We have been customers of Boyett for over 5 years. We find that the business & staff are very professional, demonstrate excellent business practices & especially customer service. When we travel for long periods, they are always ready to accommodate our needs as to turn off/turn on services. They are one of very few businesses that charge a small amount for vacation service. Any questions/concerns have been addressed quickly & to our satisfaction. It is a pleasure to not only recommend them, but to be a part of their company. Great job everyone!

We have had our system installed now for two weeks, and I am happy to say that everything [redacted] told me initially has come true. I am very pleased with my decision to go with the Boyett Family as our soft water provider.

We have been renting our RO system from Boyett for about 3 years now. Just last week we began a rental program with our water softener as well. It is reasonably priced and we like the fact that any and all maintenance fees are included in this program. There are no contracts so if we choose to change companies (which I doubt we will do) we are not bound to contractual agreements. This company sold us our original equipment when we purchased our home in 2002. In all that time we have had excellent service from them. It wasn't until it was time for us to change out our equipment that we began the rental program. We continue to be completely satisfied with Boyett in every way. This family owned business prides itself on business with integrity. They have longtime, loyal employees who are courteous and efficient. We highly recommend Boyett for soft water and RO needs.

Excellent customer service, both from the owner and the technician who installed the unit. They arrived at the appointed time, and were efficient and courteous.

I called to have an RO system put in. They were prompt, clean, courteous, and explained the whole system to me. I asked about a hook up for my ice maker and they did that right on the spot. I am very pleased with their service.

There is this one gentleman who has been coming to our home for all these years, and each time he has had a smile on his face and always asks if he could help us with any issue that Boyett's supplies.

I have been with Boyett Family Rayne Water for 18+ years in [redacted]. They are honest and have provided excellent service. My parents and in laws are also their custmers ever since they moved into the valley about 10 years ago. I recently switched to a rental water softener and the guy that installed the system has been with the company 30 years. It's nice to know that not only are the customers happy, but the employees are as well. In the 18 years, I have never had a problem with Boyett and am glad to have them as my water softener company.

Boyett Rayne Water has provided my Soft Water and RO units for 10+ years now and maintenance as required. I absolutely love Boyetts Rayne water! I asked a lot of questions and they were very knowledgable about everything. We rent an RO system and a water softener and I couldn't be any happier with it and their customer service. I also love that I don't have to worry about anything that pertains to our water systems. Although we have only had this a few hours, I was impressed by Boyett's installation crew. They did a very professional install of our water conditioning system this morning. There was also an immediate water quality difference. Prior to the install this morning, the water tasted horrible. Now there is no noticeable taste to the water. We are very pleased.
