I've been with Boyett for years and I have no complaints. Their equipment is first rate and their customer service is excellent.

We have had our system installed now for two weeks, and I am happy to say that everything [redacted] told me initially has come true. I am very pleased with my decision to go with the Boyett Family as our soft water provider.

I called to have an RO system put in. They were prompt, clean, courteous, and explained the whole system to me. I asked about a hook up for my ice maker and they did that right on the spot. I am very pleased with their service.

Excellent customer service, both from the owner and the technician who installed the unit. They arrived at the appointed time, and were efficient and courteous.

My wife and I have done business with Boyetts Water softener company (located in Mesa, Az) for the last 35 years. All purchases and upgrades worked out fine. No issues at all. We have been renting our RO system from Boyett for about 3 years now. Just last week we began a rental program with our water softener as well. It is reasonably priced and we like the fact that any and all maintenance fees are included in this program. There are no contracts so if we choose to change companies (which I doubt we will do) we are not bound to contractual agreements. This company sold us our original equipment when we purchased our home in 2002. In all that time we have had excellent service from them. It wasn't until it was time for us to change out our equipment that we began the rental program. We continue to be completely satisfied with Boyett in every way. This family owned business prides itself on business with integrity. They have longtime, loyal employees who are courteous and efficient. We highly recommend Boyett for soft water and RO needs.

I just wanted to take this time to thank Boyett's for the great service that they have provided me. Their Water system has made my business even better. We no longer have to search for places to fill up our water tank for our mobile detailing business. Also that water allows our car washes to be spot free which saves even more time and provides and an even better quality of service to our customers. [redacted] Boyett, it was great to meet in your office when our water conditioning was not going well and we heard what can be addressed to support it. So interesting that the Boyett Family has addressed since 1964, and has been solving heart water problems in homes like ours. But as you know, when we went back to our house, the water conditioning was much worse and we would not have had water. Without it working on us, you were so great to send the team out in the afternoon. It saved us with the water!! With the rental program, we do not have to concern again - great job! Boyette's have supplied us with very good service for over 18 years. We owned our water conditioning serces (reverse osmosis and soft water system). Just this year Boyetts' installed a new WOW alkalinty reverse osmosis system (rental). They told us it would take up most of our cuboard space under the sink,but with the expert knowhow of the Technician, the space was very well utilized so that there was room for the garbage container.Wew have a very small kitchen.

We had a very positive experience with Boyettes. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did a great installation job. He was very pleasant & professional. This is the second time we have used Boyettes, we would highly recommend them for your water softener needs.

This will be our second home using Boyett Family Rayne Water. We first used it when renting a home that didn't have any soft water system. The home was beautiful with stainless steel appliance, including a dishwasher, that had been used without soft water. The damage was horrible. We cleaned it, and immediately began using Boyett.

Two years later, when we moved out, the owner was so impressed with how things looked, he kept using the system. Now, we just purchased a new home ourselves, and on move-in day we had service scheduled. We know how hard Arizona water is and we are so thankful for this service so we can protect our home's appearance in sinks, showers, and appliances.

I absolutely love Boyetts Rayne water! I asked a lot of questions and they were very knowledgable about everything. We rent an RO system and a water softener and I couldn't be any happier with it and their customer service. I also love that I don't have to worry about anything that pertains to our water systems.
