While he was working, Joseph filled out an online form and sent it to us on his progress and what he found
The service call took a little over an hourWe then got a verbal review of Joseph's inspection

Friendly and professional serviceA bit expensive, but it was union and you get what you pay for

Dwight and Niall came to my home to address a boiler and heating issueThey arrived on time and listened to what we thought the issue was and proceeded to investigateDwight had great knowledge of the system and found the issues and what needed to be done to get our heat back on! they took the time to give us a great overall explanation of what was done and what needed to be doneI felt really comfortable with both of them and look forward to working with them againI highly recommend Dwight and Uptown!

Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Incresponded immediately to my request for servicing of two in-house water boilers and a checkup and cleaning of a ten-year old furnace that had not been previously serviced The servicemen arrived at exactly the times I was told they would, introduced themselves and covered their boots with 'booties', examined the boilers and furnaceand in each case explained exactly what work appeared to be necessary They gave me a choice of remedies where possible and showed concern for my convenience and costs I particularly recommend Philip Baker, a technician with years experience and a thoroughly professional approach to his work In each case, once the service was completed, I received a request for feedback from Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Inc I am a totally satisfied customer

Chad *** performed a cleaning and tuof our old boiler Thursday, Oct6, He was very thorough as he checked out the operation of the boiler after his cleaning and adjustmentsHe left me feeling confident in the safe operation of the boiler with no trace of carbon monoxide or other unsafe conditionsWhen done, he cleaned the area thoroughlyChad impressed me as a positive, intelligent, ethical, up-right person who knows his tradeHe is a credit to his employerI cannot recommend him too highly

We had a cracked angle PVC joint from our sump pump and Eric looked at various options and was able to implement the most efficient and cost effective one Very pleased with work and cost Will definitely use Uptown Plumbing for future plumbing needs

Justin and his team just installed a new boiler in my home They were efficient, explained in detail what they had done, cleaned up (leaving my basement cleaner than when they started) The entire process was a great experience, from the furnace tune up yesterday, explaining the problem with the furnace to the installation today I am so impressed especially since *** *** *** had done a tuneup the end of May and did not find the COleak Everyone at Uptown has been very pleasant and helpful and has gone beyond what I expected I'd give them an A+ I have already referred them to a friend
