I had a service call followup on a new boiler they installed and everything went very smoothly The technician, Steve [redacted] was on time,very professional and did a few extras while he was here This was a very positive experience

Great Job, Fast and Clean, Very helpful with all my questions My furnace went out and they installed a new boiler and water heater in half a day Left everything clean and tidy I would refer them to all my friends

I am an Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling customer having had them do plumbing, heating and cooling work at my house Most recently, Allan Motz, a service technician, came out and "tuned up" my AC for the summer He was courteous and knowledgeable, explaining what he did and what he found In my several experiences with various Uptown technicians, this has always been the experience I would recommend Uptown to others

Scam They came out for an annual cheof our boilerTech told me there was a carbon monoxide leak after detecting ppm of CO inside the housing of the boilerHe told me he would have to “red tag” the boiler and shut it off unless I replaced the seal for $650-$I refused to have the work done and told him I would get a second opinion from another companyThen he had a second Hero tech come out to compare readingsUltimately they could not get consistent readings so they said the boiler was fineI did not get the impression he was going to have another tech come out to double check his readings if I had agreed to go ahead with the “repair.” I have seen several other similar reports on the NextDoor app about Hero trying to scare customers into getting unnecessary and expensive work done

This is my second encounter with Uptown Plumbing and Cooling and I wish there were a way to give on the scale of They are doing EVERYTHING rightOutstanding customer service before, during and after the eventI highly recommend becoming a Happy Home Owner Club member, the rewards are substantialTotal piece of mind around my fairly new boiler, water heater and plumbing needsThis is a reliable and very well run company

From start to finish, my experience with Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was positive. The representative I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful and making the appointment was easy. In addition, I was offered a service call on the following day! The evening before my service call was scheduled I received a phone call letting me know the half hour time frame in which I should expect the technician to arrive at my home. I received an email that morning letting me know the technician, Aaron, was on the was and providing me with a brief bio about Aaron (both professional and personal). I loved that the included some personal information. Aaron was on time, courteous and professional. He quickly assessed and fixed the problem. I would absolutely contacted Uptown again for any additional needs. Also, I love that Uptown provides a community space for groups to meet. I drive past the location almost every day and have seem people using the space. What a fantastic neighborhood business!

Had Brandon over today to repair a no heat condition in one of my units in a fourplex. Came out same day without special emergency pricing and promptly diagnosed and repaired a bad valve and motor. Had part in van which made it quick. Checked heating system for operation and safety. Technician was very knowlegeable and professional-A well trained Dunwoody graduate. Offered me options for additional maintenance that I did not purchase at this time. Company has done other repairs in the building and I will continue call them for service.

I called today in response to a promotional ad in a news flyer in our neighborhood. I was told they would not service rental properties. I explained I was not calling about rental property, I jointly own the home with my son who lives there. Since I do not live there, I was not able to schedule an appointment for service. Thay doesn't make any sense at all. This company will not only not get our buisness, I will share this information with anyone I know looking for HVAC services.
