I had two leaky faucets in my house. I called Uptown Plumbing and they sent a plumber the following day. Davis was very professional, friendly, and skilled and had the issue resolved in no time. I was very pleased with the prompt response and friendly plumbing technician.

Total SCAMOne of the worst companies I've dealt with - a bunch of con artistsCalled them to clear a drain - the "tech" spends over an hour fumbling and banging around and eventually tells me he can't clear it and I need to replace a bunch of my drain pipes (read: thousands of dollars of work and a bunch of torn up walls.) Before going forward I called another company (only specializing in sewers/drains) for a second opinion and attempt - they got it cleared up in minutes for half of the price of Hero I gave them a chance to make things rightA "service manager" called me, apologized, offered a partial refundTwo weeks go by - nothing arrivesI spend two days trying to get a hold of them, eventually another person calls back to apologize and says the refund is on the way ASAPA week and half later - nothingI'd rather they just be upfront and tell me I got screwed so I don't waste my time I will definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone I know and will absolu

I believe I was grossly overcharged they were here on 3/3/16 re: complaint of the heat won't turn off. they said it may be a zone valve, "I really can't tell, but if it is, it would be $429.00 to replace." on 3/5/16 they were here, in fact, to replace the zone valve - $899.00!!

Bob Ddid a great job, and was pleasant the whole way through He hit a few "snags" along the way, but was able to troubleshoot and get the job done He also cleaned up after he was done, which is a nice bonus

Nate was called to our home on a Sunday in January to diagnose and add to repairs that had been done to our furnace He was able to diagnose an additional problem and add to the repairs already done to successfully get our furnace up and running

I called Friday, Septfor service to repair a leaking shut off valve to the washing machineIt is shut off, but is still leaking and water was all over the floor Their website indicates they provide same-day service, but they couldn't get anyone out until Monday, Septfrom - So our water has been shut off at the main for days They called at 9:on Monday and said they can't get anyone out until Tuesday, Sept.25, because they had water heater installations that were scheduled over the weekend Even though my urgent service was requested prior to these, my request was bumped I do NOT recommend them and will not use them
