I needed to have my exterior garden spigot relocated I made an appointment request through their call service Within a few hours someone from Uptown called me to schedule my appointment They sent me an email reminder of my appointment and called me the day of to see if I could accommodate a plumber earlier then scheduledThe plumber was very professional and laid out my options to relocate my spigotHe was got right to work after my approval He kept a clean work site and was thorough in explaining what he did and how to clear the water line prior to next winterOverall very satisfied with the price and workmanship

I called them because there was no water running to my humidifier Was told that I needed a new humidifier Charged me $for a new humidifier which I later found out cost less than $ Subtracting the cost of the humidifier from the total bill and dividing by the number of hours spent installing it, it appears that they billed me $350/hrfor laborhours later, the humidity in my home hadn't improved so I checked for water flowing into the humidifier--there wasn't any I called them back to explain the problem and got a call from the guy who did the work He insisted that the humidifier was working just fine and wouldn't come back to look at itRather than trying to compel the company to send the service guy back to begrudgingly fix a problem that he refuses to believe exists, I opted to hire another company to come and fix their shoddy work

We have used Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling in the past and I finally decided to write a review Your service tech Austin *** was very knowledgeable and helpful He explained everything and fixed the problem I would recommend Uptown Plumbing anytime

I had been having an ongoing problem with an unusual situation with my second floor furnace When Josh came yesterday, he took the time to analyse what was going on, went to get some replacement parts to fix the issue, and made a point of rechecking the situation before he left to be sure all was well Plus, he explained well what he thought was going on, what he had done, even showing me before and after photos of his work And he was very pleasant, too

Our technician was Tony and he did an excellent job checking our AC unit While doing so he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it Very thorough and knowledgeable and highly recommend him I was also advised a day in advance as well as the morning of the serviceThey have a nice communication package

I called this company when I had problems with my kitchen sinkI called them on Monday morning and I spoke to the customer service person who will take and schedule the callI asked the person how much would they charge to unclog my sinkHe said, that there will be no upfront charge until they assess the problem (make is sounds like they are cheap compare to other plumbing company but they are not!) He said, I will be scheduled for 8:00am the next day (Tuesday) and that a technician will be there at my houseI waited for the technician to arrive at 8:00am but nobody showed up so I went to work l have my son at home to open the door for the technician just in case he will show up The Technician arrived at 8:(mins late) and work on my sink for less than mins and charge me $for less than mins work removing the grease from my sinkI called the Uptown Plumbing an asked them why they charge me too much for less than mins workThe person refer me to the General Manager Mark ***This guy called me at work and tells me that they did not do anything wrong that the price is reasonable and that I should not complainI told him about the entire scenario and I told him that it's very expensive for less than mins jobHe sounds like its my fault and that my son should have called me when their Tech is telling him the priceTo me, I think they are taking advantage of the situation because I was not there to tell the Technician not to work on my sink because the quote was very expensiveThe General Manager Mark *** is not a good person to talk to on the phoneNot a good listener and I have to tell him to let me speak He should not be in that position if he cannot act like a professional to deal customer's feedback So overall, I am very disappointed with this company and will not recommend this to my company and friendsNEVER use Uptown Plumbing!!!
