Working with Uptown plumbing, heating,and cooling was a great experience from the call to schedule an appointment to the fast, professional service from techniciansThey called ahead and let me know when they were comingThey sent an email to let me know who to expect when I opened the door Dustin Heins was helpful and did a wonderful job in a timely manner

The process started with a visit to their website and within a minute I received a chat from Uptown Plumbing & Heating and within a few minutes after describing our need, I received a phone call and we were on their docket for same day serviceSean West was our technician and he is awesomePrior to his arrival, I added items to our need list and when I shared them with Sean, he noted he has the time to take care of all of our repairsHe explained the process in detail and when he completed the repairs, he took the time to walk through all threeIn addition to getting the repairs done right the first time, his listening skills are 2nd to noneBottom line, Sean and Uptown Plumbing and heating are our go to people for all future needsHe also brought up their fall and spring service (boiler, AC and draining hot water heater) and w/out a blink we signed upI have been talking about a do it yourself drain the hot water tank (never done) and now it will be done twice a yearCan't say enough about the level of service and we are a raving fan!

The technician (Tom) was very professionalHe explained the work he was doing and provided options for problems he foundWhen he came across a plumbing issue he wasn't qualified to address, he promptly scheduled a plumber to come out

We have had Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling out to our house many times for different reasons and they have provided good service, knowledgeable people and they clean up before they leave

I've made appointments with Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling times Two of those times, I've been called at short notice and asked to reschedule to another dayThe first time this happened was for a boiler tune up a couple of years ago I got a call asking me to reschedule after I had already left work to go meet the technician at my house I asked if there was any way the tune up could still happen that day, even if it was later than the original window and, after speaking with a few people, I was able to be accommodated It was a frustrating situation to have to deal with, but I was ultimately satisfied with the work performed
A couple of weeks ago, I made an appointment to have my boiler & water heater tuned up on Tuesday, October 11th Today, Friday, October 7th, I received a call saying that all appointments need to be rescheduled next week because the technicians will be at a state-wide training Why wasn't this on Uptown's radar earlier? Available appointments that fit my schedule were several weeks out and given that this is the second time Uptown has asked to reschedule, I've decided to use another company even though they are more expensive
Again, I've been pleased with the service provided by the technicians, but repeated appointment rescheduling makes Uptown unreliable and difficult to do business with

Tony, Mitch, Mike, and Austin completed plumbing and HVAC work on our home today and we were totally satisfied with the job they did

Max Mand Tye Cwere a terrific team! They arrived exactly on time to replace our old compact furnace/air conditioner with the brand new one They were knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking, gracious and respectfulFive stars to each of them!

After three attempts to speak to a compamy representave with no response over more then a month I find necessary to ask for your helpUptown Plumbings techmisdiagnost the problem, did not have the part, said they had to special orrder the part that would not fix the no heat complaintThe problem was fixed by another service with no part restoring heat to an year old lady on a below freezing day

This review is in regards to the Uptown Community Spaces provided by Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, IncI have used there space for practicing for a line dance competition for the past yearsIt was available to us for "FREE" as in "NO CHARGE"The locations were all convenient, clean, and spaciousI truly appreciate what they have done for the community and it has been truly a blessing

On a routine chemy furnace was found to be in very bad shapeUptown diagnosed the
Problem and was able to schedule a repair and replacement he next day

Uptown did a wonderful job putting in a new boiler & tank to replace our year old boiler Professional, courteous & thoughtful, Rob made a complex set of decisions understandable
The crew of Justin & Wayne (and Mikan) started at 6:AM and worked until PM on a Friday night to make sure all was working well This winter will be the true test but so far their dedication to making it work it has been impressive Tom Helling 11/7/

This is regarding a recent water heater installation service I had with Uptown company on April 27, Invoice # is ***
I called and requested a service on Apr because my water heater's pilot light kept going off and we got no hot water Uptown then sent me a technician (name's Sean) and we decided to have a new water heater installed (because he said the water heater is years old and needs to be replaced) He said the cost for the installation is $and he mentioned something about a buy one get one deal which includes installing a 2-gallon expansion, and that after the job is completed it will be up to code We agreed to have him do the job, the installation was completed between 10:30am to 12:30pm After I wrote him the check, he apologized for not able to give me a hard copy receipt/invoice at the spot, but promised I shall receive a proper invoice via email, plus details about setting up an inspection from the city Then, he mentioned about some pipes not

Started with the Happy Home program months ago and have been a happy customer sinceThey call and schedule appts for you so you do not have to rememberMy most recent trip was todayI can not remember the last time I had my water heater checked and the technician, Brandon, found that our water heater was in dire need of replacement, on the verge of pooling our basementThey are sending someone out the same day to provide optionsThanks for the excellent service and you have another happy home customer!

Max installed a new boiler for me todayHe was on time did a great jobI have used Hero in the past and would highly recommend them to anyone
