I've made appointments with Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling times Two of those times, I've been called at short notice and asked to reschedule to another dayThe first time this happened was for a boiler tune up a couple of years ago I got a call asking me to reschedule after I had already left work to go meet the technician at my house I asked if there was any way the tune up could still happen that day, even if it was later than the original window and, after speaking with a few people, I was able to be accommodated It was a frustrating situation to have to deal with, but I was ultimately satisfied with the work performed
A couple of weeks ago, I made an appointment to have my boiler & water heater tuned up on Tuesday, October 11th Today, Friday, October 7th, I received a call saying that all appointments need to be rescheduled next week because the technicians will be at a state-wide training Why wasn't this on Uptown's radar earlier? Available appointments that fit my schedule were several weeks out and given that this is the second time Uptown has asked to reschedule, I've decided to use another company even though they are more expensive
Again, I've been pleased with the service provided by the technicians, but repeated appointment rescheduling makes Uptown unreliable and difficult to do business with

I called today in response to a promotional ad in a news flyer in our neighborhoodI was told they would not service rental propertiesI explained I was not calling about rental property, I jointly own the home with my son who lives thereSince I do not live there, I was not able to schedule an appointment for serviceThay doesn't make any sense at allThis company will not only not get our buisness, I will share this information with anyone I know looking for HVAC services

We have had Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling out to our house many times for different reasons and they have provided good service, knowledgeable people and they clean up before they leave

We trust Uptown Honest, efficient and they meet every expectation

Once again we were pleased with service from Uptown Ben Swas the service provider who did a great job of explaining the current condition of both our Water Heater and our A/C unit Water Heater was great but we'll be saving for a new A/C within the year!

My first experience with Uptown was very positive I initially received a flyer in the mail for an AC Tuand Water Heater Tuall at a good price compared to the competition
The Field Tech that came out to my house was very professional and had years of expertise He was courteous and appeared comfortable as I asked him a variety of questions regarding the work being doneWhile the cost for replacement parts were on the higher end, as long as a company is willing to work with their customers on price then I am fine in justifying the difference it may be in procuring the parts myself
I highly recommend this company, and especially Bob Dof their field team, for anyone in need of HVAC work

Tony, Mitch, Mike, and Austin completed plumbing and HVAC work on our home today and we were totally satisfied with the job they did

Uptown did a wonderful job putting in a new boiler & tank to replace our year old boiler Professional, courteous & thoughtful, Rob made a complex set of decisions understandable

This review is in regards to the Uptown Community Spaces provided by Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, IncI have used there space for practicing for a line dance competition for the past yearsIt was available to us for "FREE" as in "NO CHARGE"The locations were all convenient, clean, and spaciousI truly appreciate what they have done for the community and it has been truly a blessing

After three attempts to speak to a compamy representave with no response over more then a month I find necessary to ask for your helpUptown Plumbings techmisdiagnost the problem, did not have the part, said they had to special orrder the part that would not fix the no heat complaintThe problem was fixed by another service with no part restoring heat to an year old lady on a below freezing day

Max Mand Tye Cwere a terrific team! They arrived exactly on time to replace our old compact furnace/air conditioner with the brand new one They were knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking, gracious and respectfulFive stars to each of them!

The service technician, Bo, was personable and provided excellent service overallHe had the job of swapping out a water heater done in about hoursThe advantages to using a professional for this job is that they pull the permit, have the code knowledge, are prepared for most any issue that comes up, and they deliver the new water heater and remove the old oneThey did not, however, readily have technical information for the water heater they wanted to sell me (such as annual cost, first hour recovery, etc.)The service technician had to call back to his office a couple of times to get a picture of the energy star sticker which didn't contain all of the information I was looking forThey seemed surprised that had I requested information on the product that I was about to purchase although this seems like a very reasonable requestThey did diligently try to get me the information, but I would have felt more comfortable with a company that had the specifications in hand and new what they were selling me

Brandon H came out today to check our furnace He did a great job of answering our many questions He was knowledgeable and thorough He helped us compare repair vsreplacement costs He did a great job!!

Our furnace went out in the middle of the nightI called Hero Plumbing and Heating and they were here 1/hours laterThe service tech was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything before and after he did the serviceHe answered all my questionsAs it turned out it was time to replace my year old furnaceRob came out a few hours later and discussed all our options for a new furnaceHe was very knowledgeable and professional as wellHe seemed to understand this was a very unexpected and unfortunate situation for us and wasn't pushy trying to sell us a furnace we didn't needBased on my experience today I would highly recommend Hero Plumbing and Heating
