They went downhill very fast for meI was a member of their happy home club based on senior technician good first visitSecond visit was by a newbie who did a crap job and left me with no hot water based on him fumbling around on my H2O system to run a diagnostic test [long story]Now I had an issue with my humidification system on my furnace, made appt Monday and got call two hours before their service window on Tuesday that they are putting my appt on hold since it is not an emergencyI know what you are thinkingit's not that badWell here is the icing on the cake - when I called to reschedule, I was offered a first appointment in mid-January Today is November 20, I am done with Uptown or Hero or whatever they call themselvesMore like a Zero to meCrappy, crappy service from these clowns

I cancelled my service with Hero in October 2018, but they continued to bill me in November When I called I was informed that there was nothing they could do about it I called at a different time and was told the $charge would be backed off of my credit card account This was November and the charge has not been removed from my account I am going to be forced to cancel my credit card, file a fraud complaint with my bank and have all the automatic payments currently directed to my card changed

Everyone at Uptown was excellent from beginning to endDwight was thorough in diagnosing my furnace and AC issuesRob presented me with an excellent deal on a replacement furnace and AC unitOn the day of the install, David Eand Tye were prompt and very friendlyThey did an excellent job and addressed all of my concerns as the install progressedDavid took the time to help me correct an issue with the existing condensate line and we re-routed itHe even helped me find and seal a squeaky spot where air was getting past in the ducting where the filter meets the new unitThat would have driven me crazy while down in the basementI had no questions when they leftAll old equipment was hauled away immediately and they didn't leave a messThe new unit is far better at cooling my house than the year old unit wasI am pushing it to see how well it does and at the moment of this review it is degrees outside and insideWonderful job everyone!

Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Incresponded immediately to my request for servicing of two in-house water boilers and a checkup and cleaning of a ten-year old furnace that had not been previously serviced The servicemen arrived at exactly the times I was told they would, introduced themselves and covered their boots with 'booties', examined the boilers and furnaceand in each case explained exactly what work appeared to be necessary They gave me a choice of remedies where possible and showed concern for my convenience and costs I particularly recommend Philip Baker, a technician with years experience and a thoroughly professional approach to his work In each case, once the service was completed, I received a request for feedback from Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Inc I am a totally satisfied customer

I had two leaks in my bathroomOne in the faucet of the bathtub and the other in
the toiletSean from Uptown Plumbing fixed both of them in a timely mannerThis was done in December, It is now May, and the leaks have not returned so I am confident the work was done right
I should note that Sean also salted my sidewalk and steps at no additional costI will hire this company next time I have a leak and I will request Sean WMy

Used Home Advisor and the company contacted us within a half hourChad came the next day, called when he was about minutes outUptown sent an email confirmation, a photo of Chad and a schedule updateChad was very personable and gave us some good information for possible future projectsHe gave us two quotes for different ways to handle our project and did not apply any pressure as to which to select He had the project completed in about an hour and did a very good job

Dustin Hdid on excellent resolving my plumbing issuesHe was very professional and completed the repairs quicklyI highly recommend him for plumbing problems
