I cancelled my service with Hero in October 2018, but they continued to bill me in November When I called I was informed that there was nothing they could do about it I called at a different time and was told the $charge would be backed off of my credit card account This was November and the charge has not been removed from my account I am going to be forced to cancel my credit card, file a fraud complaint with my bank and have all the automatic payments currently directed to my card changed

Brandon was a great Technician He arrived on time, very professional Thoroughly evaluated my furnace and the issues Showed me where there was issues with the Heater Exchange When failures were found (year old furnace), he showed me all the defects so I could be confident on his assessment Rob and him went over the options for repairing por replacing the furnace Choose replacement so they evaluated my house's heating requirements and gave me options I would recommen the service to anyone
