This company seems to use a coupon or special price to facilitate getting into a house and then recommending work that may or may not be needed at a very high priceWe had bad experiences with one of their air conditioning technicians as well as one of their plumbersI recommend you always get a second opinion if you are considering hiring this company to do any work

Uptown replaced my furnace a while ago, and I woke up this morning and it was not working correctly I called Uptown at 7am this morning, and they had a service repout here by 10:30am Chris Farmer was the Service Technician and he did a thorough inspection and found that the problem was something that I had done He fixed it and everything else checked out fine He could have charged me a service charge since it was my error, but he did not He said it would be no charge since I had just recently bought the furnace from them, and he said he wanted to thank me for being a valued customer This was great customer service and I recommend Uptown as a company that takes care of it's customers

Uptown sent out a technician the same day, even though my problem wasn't serious Dustin arrived on time and discussed the problem ahead of time He gave me a cost before he did the work Although he didn't have the part I needed in his vehicle, he got it quickly and finished the work with little mess and good explanations of what he did Thank you

We have worked with Uptown on two major projects: installation of a mini-split system a year ago and now the installation of our a boiler and water heater on September 30, First of all, Uptown understands old homes and ours at years old is no exception We have great confidence in their assessment of the task at hand and the appropriate steps that are necessary for the successful integration of a new system into an old environment Andy and his team did an outstanding job on the boiler and water heater installation this past week They, and all of the folks at Uptown, are a pleasure to work with

They sent a subcontractor for my backed up sewer drainThey said they couldn’t get through a blockage with the drain snake and they would have to excavate the yard for $6,I called a different company and they were able to get through no problem at all and were suspicious when I told of the experience with UptownOther reviews said the same thing Happened to themThey have a scam going on
