The team arrived promptly and were clean, courteous and informative They inspected all of the areas I had questions about and made recommendations They also noticed an out of code situation with my water heaterAll needed repairs were made quickly and cleanly
The only complaint I would say I have is the pricing was more than I anticipated for the repairs I needed However, I did not do any price comparisons with other companies so I don't really know if the price was out of line or notThey gave me quotes ranging from "band aid" to full on repairs and guarantees before starting any work, allowing me to choose the options that best fit my needs and pricing comfort

Nate was called to our home on a Sunday in January to diagnose and add to repairs that had been done to our furnace He was able to diagnose an additional problem and add to the repairs already done to successfully get our furnace up and running 
Bo *** was very helpful and informativeHe came to the house to inspect and tune up our old water heater but decided that it couldn't be done without risking the possibility that it would die immediatelyHe gave me very good advice about what to look for when it was time to replace the water heater, and I most certainly intend to have Uptown replace it when the time comesAll of the service people from Uptown who have helped us out recently have been super and I most certainly will use the company again

I woke up on March with a noise of running water coming from the laundry room at about 9:AM I had to find a plumber because I discovered water was coming out of the water heater and wetting the area and passing a steady stream down the drain I tried to find a plumber I knew, but he was on vacation in Nevada and unavailable I starting looking on the internet and found Uptown Plumbing I called them and they indicated they would get a person out to exam the situation They made it clear that there was a service fee of about $to come to my home Not cheap, but I did not have a lot of choices I signed up for the visit and a few hours later the service person arrived and informed me that my water heater needed replacement I signed up While he was replacing the heater, I began to think about the other plumbing problems I had I informed the repair man that as long as he was here, I would have him fix a few other things He told me that would be smart because he would not charge the service fee but once for all repairs He replaced the water softener, the wash tub faucets, and the bath tub controls He was in the house for about hours I believe It wasn't cheap ($3800.00) but it was necessary Phil was very business like and congenial

Good workOnly one code violation in error which was fixedTwo other issues that, really, the installers had correct and they were able to reach an agreement with the cityDecent price, great work

Uptown Plumbing's 4x a year furnace and A/C maintenance is a great value! Also, the technicial, Joe V was extremely knowledgable and courtious

I called this company when I had problems with my kitchen sinkI called them on Monday morning and I spoke to the customer service person who will take and schedule the callI asked the person how much would they charge to unclog my sinkHe said, that there will be no upfront charge until they assess the problem (make is sounds like they are cheap compare to other plumbing company but they are not!) He said, I will be scheduled for 8:00am the next day (Tuesday) and that a technician will be there at my houseI waited for the technician to arrive at 8:00am but nobody showed up so I went to work l have my son at home to open the door for the technician just in case he will show up The Technician arrived at 8:(mins late) and work on my sink for less than mins and charge me $for less than mins work removing the grease from my sinkI called the Uptown Plumbing an asked them why they charge me too much for less than mins workThe person refer me to the General Manager Mark ***This guy called me at work and tells me that they did not do anything wrong that the price is reasonable and that I should not complainI told him about the entire scenario and I told him that it's very expensive for less than mins jobHe sounds like its my fault and that my son should have called me when their Tech is telling him the priceTo me, I think they are taking advantage of the situation because I was not there to tell the Technician not to work on my sink because the quote was very expensiveThe General Manager Mark *** is not a good person to talk to on the phoneNot a good listener and I have to tell him to let me speak He should not be in that position if he cannot act like a professional to deal customer's feedback So overall, I am very disappointed with this company and will not recommend this to my company and friendsNEVER use Uptown Plumbing!!!

Replaced gas lines in the house due to leakage and had a new water heater installed at the same timeThe service person was Mitch, who was friendly and communicative throughout the process They discovered additional work to be done in order to meet code and performed the work without adding to the original quoted costWould recommend
